35-ամյա տղամարդուն կյանքից զրկել են պարտքի պատճառով․ նոր մանրամասներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Արագածոտնի մարզի 35-ամյա բնակչի սպանության հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը: Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2023 թվականի հունվարի 31-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի 21-ամյա բնակիչը, նրա եղբայրը և Արագածոտնի մարզի հիշյալ բնակիչը հանդիպել են՝ վերջինիս կողմից 21-ամյա երիտասարդի եղբորը պարտք մնացած գումարը վերադարձնելու վերաբերյալ զրուցելու նպատակով: Խոսակցության ընթացքում եղբայրները պահանջել են վերադարձնել գումարը, իսկ 35-ամյա տղամարդը պատասխանել է, որ գումար չունի, ունենալու դեպքում կվերադարձնի։ Դրանից հետո, 21-ամյա երիտասարդը, հանելով ծալովի դանակը և պարզելով տղամարդու ուղղությամբ, սպանության սպառնալիքով պահանջել է պարտքի դիմաց տալ իր մոտ գտնվող՝ 4 գրամ քաշով ոսկյա մատանին և «Ռեդմի» ապրանքանիշի բջջային հեռախոսը: Սպառնալիքն իրական ընդունելով՝ 35-ամյա տղամարդը հանձնել է նշված մատանին և հեռախոսը, իսկ եղբայրները, վերցնելով դրանք, հեռացել են: Որոշ ժամանակ անց՝ 2023 թ. փետրվարի 1-ի գիշերը, 21-ամյա երիտասարդը զանգահարել է տղամարդուն և տեղեկացրել, որ կարող է մոտենալ Երևան քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցում գտնվող սննդի կետի մոտ և վերցնել նշված իրերը:

Այդուհանդերձ, 21-ամյա երիտասարդը, տղամարդու հետ գտնվելով անբարյացակամ փոխհարաբերությունների մեջ, հիշյալ գումարը չվերադարձնելու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված` նպատակադրվել է սպանության միջոցով վրեժխնդիր լինել նրանից: 2023 թ. մարտի 4-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Խանջյան փողոցում գտնվող Օղակաձև զբոսայգում, գումարը վերադարձնելու հարցի շուրջ զրուցելու պատրվակով, նա հանդիպել է 35-ամյա տղամարդուն: Վերջինիս սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, նախապես իր հետ վերցրած դանակով երիտասարդը մեկ անգամ հարվածել է տղամարդու կրծքավանդակին: Վերջինս դիմել է փախուստի՝ վազելով դեպի Երևան քաղաքի Խանջյան փողոցում գտնվող հոսթել-բարը: Սակայն երիտասարդը, իր հանցավոր մտադրությունն ավարտին հասցնելու նպատակով, հետապնդել է նրան և հիշյալ հոսթել-բարի աստիճանահարթակին նույն դանակով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Տղամարդը տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ, գիտակցության չգալով, հաջորդ օրը մահացել է:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 21-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 194-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
