Միրզոյանը ֆրանսիացի գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Արցախում վատթարացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մանրամասները

Օգոստոսի 15-ին Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կատրին Կոլոննայի հետ։

Նախարար Միրզոյանը ֆրանսիացի գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում վատթարացող հումանիտար ճգնաժամի մանրամասները՝ ընդգծելով, որ այն կարող է միջազգային հանրության աչքի առջև վերածվել իրական հումանիտար աղետի:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է ԼՂ 120 հազար բնակչության և հատկապես խոցելի խմբերի համար ստեղծված ծանրագույն պայմանները, այդ թվում՝ սննդի և դեղորայքի սուր պակասը: Ընդգծվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ մուտք ունեցող միակ միջազգային հումանիտար կազմակերպության՝ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի՝ Լաչինի միջանցքով լիարժեք և անխափան գործունեության ապահովման հրամայականը:

Նախարար Միրզոյանն անդրադարձել է ՄԱԿ Անվտանգության խորհրդի հրատապ նիստ գումարելու նպատակով Հայաստանի կողմից ներկայացված դիմումին: Նախարար Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի կատարում մինչ օրս միջազգային գործընկերների, կառույցների կողմից բազում հասցեական ուղերձները և, արդեն 8 ամիս արգելափակված պահելով Լաչինի միջանցքը, խախտում է ոչ միայն 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը, այլ նաև Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի փետրվարի 22-ի և հուլիսի 6-ի որոշումները: Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար իրավիճակի շարունակական խորացումը կարող է վտանգի տակ դնել տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված Հայաստանի և միջազգային հանրության ջանքերը՝ ընդգծելով առկա մեխանիզմներն արդյունավետորն օգտագործելու և Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման վերացման ուղղությամբ հստակ քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը:
