Ի պաշտպանություն Արմեն և Սերգեյ Սմբատյանների՝ ՀՀ վարչապետին է դիմել Արամ Խաչատրյանի որդին՝ Կարեն Խաչատրյանը

Ի պաշտպանություն Արմեն և Սերգեյ Սմբատյանների՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է դիմել հայ մեծ կոմպոզիտոր Արամ Խաչատրյանի որդին՝ Կարեն Խաչատրյանը։ Նա, ներկայացնելով հայր և որդի Սմբատյանների անգնահատելի ավանդը հայկական մշակույթի, Արամ Խաչատրյանի արվեստի հանրահռչակման գործում, հույս է հայտնել, որ ՀՀ վարչապետը հնարավորություն կունենա պարզելու ծագած իրավիճակը։ Կարեն Արամի Խաչատրյանի նամակը ՀՀ վարչապետին ներկայացվում է ստորև.

«Ես գրում եմ Ձեզ, քանի որ վստահ եմ, եթե ողջ լիներ հայրս՝ Արամ Խաչատրյանը, անպայման կդիմեր Ձեզ՝ ծագած սուր խնդրի հետ կապված։ Մինչ դատավճռի կայացումը բանտում անազատության մեջ են Արմեն և Սերգեյ Սմբատյանները, մարդիկ, որոնց գործունեությունը Հայաստանի մշակութային ոլորտում անգնահատելի է։

Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաք Երևանում Արմեն Սմբատյանի կողմից հիմնադրվել, հետագայում Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի կողմից զարգացվել են Արամ Խաչատրյանի հիշատակը հավերժացնող և նրա արվեստը հանրահռչակող ունիկալ նախաձեռնություններ, որոնք անցկացվում են ամեն տարի՝ ընդհուպ մինչև 2023 թվականի հունիսը։

2003 թվականին կայացավ Արամ Խաչատրյանի անվան առաջին միջազգային մրցույթը, որի նախաձեռնողը, ավելի ուշ նաև մրցույթի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահն Արմեն Սմբատյանն է։ Շնորհիվ արագ զարգացման և միջազգային ճանաչման՝ մրցույթը 2013 թվականին Ժնևում դարձավ Միջազգային երաժշտական մրցույթների համաշխարհային ֆեդերացիայի (WFIMC) անդամ։ Այսօր այն համարվում է աշխարհի ամենահեղինակավոր մրցույթներից մեկը։ Եվ այդ հարցում մեծ է Արմեն Սմբատյանի վաստակը։ Նա ժյուրիի կազմում ներգրավել է հեղինակավոր երաժիշտների, ինչպես նաև՝ տաղանդաշատ երիտասարդ կատարողների։ Բացի այդ, նրա նախաձեռնությամբ Մոսկվայում տեղադրվել է կոմպոզիտորի արձանը։

Հայաստանի ժամանակակից երաժշտական մշակույթում ոչ պակաս խոշոր կերպար է Սերգեյ Սմբատյանը։ Նա Արամ Խաչատրյանի անվան միջազգային փառատոնի հիմնադիրն է, անփոխարինելի գեղարվեստական ղեկավարն ու գլխավոր դիրիժորը։ Փառատոն, որն այսօր եվրոպական հայտնի փառատոների հետ նույն շարքում է։

Թեև հայրս ծնվել է ոչ Հայաստանում, բայց նա չափազանց հպարտանում էր իր հայկական ծագմամբ և նրանով, թե ինչպես է զգում ու ներկայացնում հայ ժողովրդի ոգին։ Այդ հպարտությունը հատկապես պատում էր նրան, երբ նա արտասահմանում ներկա էր լինում իր երաժշտության կատարումներին։ Այս իմաստով համարձակորեն կարելի է ասել, որ վերջին 15 տարիների ընթացքում չկա մի երաժիշտ, որ Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի նման հետևողականորեն ու տաղանդավոր կերպով աշխարհի լավագույն համերգային բեմերում կատարի Արամ Խաչատրյանի ստեղծագործությունները։
