Ռուսաստանում ստեղծել են նոր նյութ պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցների համար

Scientificrussia.ru—ն գրում է, որ պերովսկիտ արևային բջիջները (PSC) սովորական սիլիցիումային բջիջների խոստումնալից այլընտրանքն են, որոնք ապահովում են նույն քանակությամբ էներգիա 180 անգամ պակաս նյութի հաստությամբ: Դրանց արտադրության տեխնոլոգիան շատ ավելի պարզ և էժան է, քան սիլիցիումային բջիջներինն է։ PSC-ի խնդիրը կայունության բացակայությունն է: Այսօր ամենաարդյունավետ լուծումներից մեկը նոր այնպիսի նյութն է, որը կապահովի լիցքակիրների տեղափոխումը հենց պերովսկիտային շերտում դրանց արտադրությունից հետո։ Եվ Ուրալի դաշնային համալսարանի և Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի  Ուրալի մասնաճյուղի գիտնականները նման նյութ են առաջարկել։ Նրանք PSC-ներում էլեկտրոնների տեղափոխման համար նոր տեսակի նյութ են մշակել, որն ունի մի շարք առավելություններ: Հեղինակների խոսքով, նոր նյութով նրանք կարողացել են հասնել արևի փոխակերպման 12% արդյունավետության, ինչը համեմատելի է շուկայական միջին ցուցանիշի հետ։

«Մեր հայտնաբերած մոլեկուլների ընտանիքը էլեկտրոններ է փոխանցում PSC-ին մի փոքր ավելի վատ, քան այսօր օգտագործվող ֆուլերեններն են, բայց դրանք մոտ երկու անգամ ավելի էժան են, արտադրելը շատ ավելի հեշտ է և ունեն մի շարք այլ տեխնոլոգիական առավելություններ», — բացատրել է դոցենտ Գենադի Ռուսինովն Ուրալի դաշնային համալսարանի օրգանական սինթեզի տեխնոլոգիայի ամբիոնից:

Թեև ֆուլերենները, ըստ գիտնականների, PSC-ի համար էլեկտրոնների տեղափոխման ամենատարածված նյութն են, նրանք ունեն մորֆոլոգիական կայունության և լույսի ցածր կլանման հետ կապված խնդիրներ, ինչպես նաև նրանց համար շատ դժվար է փոփոխել էլեկտրոնային հատկությունները: Ֆուլերենների սինթեզի և մաքրման ծախսերը որոշ դեպքերում դարձնում են դրանց օգտագործումը տնտեսապես անարդյունավետ:

«Մեր մոլեկուլները զուրկ են ֆուլերենների հիմնական թերություններից, և դրանց սինթեզը շատ պարզ է նույնիսկ մեծ քանակությամբ: Մեր մոլեկուլների օպտիկական, էլեկտրաքիմիական և էլեկտրոնային հատկությունները հեշտությամբ փոփոխվում են: Բացի այդ, դրանք դիպոլներ են, ինչը մի շարք հնարավորություններ է բացում PSC-ի բարելավման համար»,— ասել է Գենադի Ռուսինովը։

Ուրալի դաշնային համալսարանի և Ռուսաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի  Ուրալի մասնաճյուղի հետազոտողներն առաջարկել են նոր մոլեկուլների սինթեզի ամբողջական ընթացակարգ, ինչպես նաև ուսումնասիրել են դրանց ջերմային կայունությունը, էլեկտրոնային և օպտիկական հատկությունները: Նրանց կարծիքով Ռուսաստանում նոր նյութերի արտադրությունը կարող է լիովին անկախ լինել ներմուծումից։
