Եթե իշխանությունները վերահսկողություն սահմանեին, տնտեսվարողի մտքով չէր անցնի երեխաներին ոչ պարկեշտ ձևով ընդունել. Մանե Թանդիլյան

«Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Մինչ Երևանը զավթած իշխանությունները սոսկ հայտարությունների մակարդակում պնդում են, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող քաղաքացիները՝ առաջին հերթին երեխաները, պետք է ունենան հասարակությունում ներառվելու բոլոր հնարավորությունները, զուգահեռ իրականությունում Վանաձորից Երևան հասած հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաները չեն կարողանում օգտվել հանգստի ու ժամանցի հասարակական վայրից, ինչպես հարիր է քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին ու հարազատ մայրաքաղաքին՝ ջերմ, բարի, հոգատար…

Այն, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց նկատմամբ ցանկացած տեսակի խտրական վերաբերմունք պետք է բացառվի, դատապարտվի ու պատժվի, դա քննարկման ենթակա չէ։ Բայց սա կարկառուն օրինակ է նաև այն բանի, որ Երևանը ներառականության լրջագույն խնդիրներ ունի՝ սկսած անընդհատ շահարկվող թեքահարթակների և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների բացակայությունից ու անհարմարությունից, քաղաքային տրանսպորտի անհասանելիությունից, նոր կառուցվող ուսումնական անմատչելի հաստություններից մինչև դրանց արդյունքում քաղաքացիների կողմից ձևավորվող ոչ ճիշտ վերաբերմունք և մոտեցում։

Եվ եթե այս ուղղությամբ քաղաքային իշխանությունները պատշաճ վերահսկողություն սահմանեին, ապա այսօր ոչ մի տնտեսվարողի մտքով անգամ չէր անցնի այս երեխաներին ոչ պարկեշտ ձևով ընդունել կամ սպասարկել։

Քաղաքն ապրելու, տեղաշարժվելու համար պետք է հարմար լինի բոլորին, քանի որ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ արժեք է, ու ոչ մի դեպքում որոշումների հիմքում չպետք է ընկած լինի մարդկանց «հարմարների և ոչ հարմարների» բաժանումը։

Խնդիրը բոլորինս է, և անելիք ունենք բոլորս՝ սկսած անհատական մակարդակում ընկալում և գիտակցություն փոխելուց, ավելի հանդուրժող, բարի ու հոգատար հասարակություն կրթելուց, մինչև աշխատանք տանելը ավելի բարձր օղակներում՝ պետություն, քաղաքային իշխանություններ, մասնավոր հատված։

Երևանը պետք է ապրելու քաղաք լինի բոլորիս համար։
