«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը» և ԱՀ քաղաքական 3 ուժերը կնքել են համագործակցության հուշագիր

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման Խորհուրդն այսօր գումարել է նիստ, որի օրակարգում` 2023թ․ հուլիսին Շարժման կատարած աշխատանքների ամփոփումն էր, ԱՀ խորհրդարանական երեք ուժերի (ԱԺԿ, Արդարություն, ՀՅԴ) հետ համագործակցության հուշագրի ստորագրումը և երկրում ստեղծված ճգնաժամային իրավիճակի քննարկումը:
Ամենամսյա նիստին առաջին անգամ հեռակապով միացել էին նաև Ճակատի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների պատասխանատուները եւ ՀՀ-ում վերջերս ձևավորված հարթակի ղեկավարը:

Վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում «Արցախի անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման մասնակիցների թիվը կրկնապատկվել է, ձեւավորվել են Մարտակերտի, Մարտունու, Ասկերանի շրջանային ստորաբաժանումները, նախաձեռնվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Հարթակի ստեղծումը։ Շարժման 8 հենասյունային աշխատանքային խմբերում, ՀՀ-ից եւ արտերկրից փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ քննարկվել են հրատապ կարճաժամկետ եւ ռազմավարական ծրագրեր։ Շարժման Կոմիտեի հավանությանն արժանացած մի շարք նախագծեր ընթացքավորվել են «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալության միջոցով։

Քննարկված թեմաների առանցքում էին՝ շրջափակման խստացող պայմաններում Շարժման նպատակից եւ հռչակած սկզբունքներից անշեղությունը եւ այս համատեքստում անհրաժեշտ քայլերի հստակեցումը։

Հաստատված ռազմավարության համատեքստում` բռնած ուղու հաստատակամության ամրագրման, ինչպես նաև միասնական ճակատով մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու սկզբունքային համաձայնությամբ` Շարժման և ԱՀ երեք քաղաքական ուժերի՝ Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության, Արդարություն կուսակցության եւ Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցության Արցախի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի միջև կնքվեց համագործակցության հուշագիր։
