«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Սեպտեմբերի 17-ին կայանալիք Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին ընդառաջ օրերս տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության դրամահավաք-երեկոն: Ըստ պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության, թվով 987 նվիրատուի հանգանակության արդյունքում հավաքվել է 506 532 950 ՀՀ դրամ: Թիվն, ինչ խոսք, տպավորիչ է հատկապես մի քաղաքական ուժի համար, որը ժամանակին ուրախ կլիներ յուրաքանչյուր 1000 դրամի համար: Հասկանալի է, որ այստեղ գործ ունենք իշխանական ուժի գործոնի և, ըստ այդմ, նվիրատուների մոտեցումների և «սկզբունքների» հետ:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, նշյալ նվիրատուների մեջ զգալի թիվ են կազմել շինարարական կազմակերպությունները, ի մասնավորի՝ կառուցապատողները:Կա տեսակետ, որ նրանք փաստացի «մուծվել» են իշխանություններին «անխոչընդոտ» գործունեություն ծավալելու համար, ինչպես ժամանակին «մուծվում» էին, օրինակ՝ «Երևան» հիմնադրամին: Հետաքրքիր զուգադիպությամբ, շինթույլտվությունների գծով այս տարի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, կամ, ինչպես ընդունված է ասել, փոխքաղաքապետարանը շինթույլտվությունների մասով ռեկորդներ է սահմանում:

Ի մասնավորի, «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլ յանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է, որ այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից տրամադրվել է ռեկորդային՝ 1828 շինթույլտվություն։ «Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանությունը փորձում է ինչ-որ ձայներ հավաքել շինթույլտվությունների դիմաց՝ դրանով այլանդակելով Երևանի քաղաքաշինական և ճարտարապետական տեսքը»,-գրել է նա։
