«Հայաքվեն» ավարտեց առաջին փուլը

«Հայաքվե» շարժումը նախատեսված ժամկետից շուտ՝ մեկ ամիս առաջ, ավարտել է անհրաժեշտ 50 հազար ստորագրությունների հավաքումը։ Նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշել է, որ արդեն շաբաթ օրվա դրությամբ «Հայաքվե»-ին միացել է 54800 քաղաքացի, որոնցից 24660` Երևանում, 29360` մարզերում և 760 էլեկտրոնային ստորագրության միջոցով են միացել։

«Հայաքվե»-ի ստորագրահավաքն անցել է վարչական և քաղաքական ճնշումների ուղեկցությամբ։ Գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ արել են «Հայաքվե»-ն վարկաբեկելու համար, սակայն հանրության մի զգալի մասը, ի պատիվ իրեն, չի տրվել այդ ճնշումներին և ստորագրել է։ Արդեն օգոստոսի 19-ի փոխարեն, օգոստոսի 4-ին, նախաձեռնությունը վաղաժամ կավարտի ստորագրահավաքը և ստորագրությունները կներկայացնի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով։ ԿԸՀ-ն էլ որոշման տեսքով գրավոր դրական եզրակացություն կտա, որ առնվազն 50 հազար պատշաճ ստորագրություն է ներկայացրել, որից հետո «Հայաքվե»-ն դիմելու է Ազգային ժողովին։

Ըստ Չալաբյանի՝ առնվազն երկու, երեք ամիս կտևի մինչև Ազգային ժողովը բարեհաճի նիստ գումարել և քվեարկել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության կապակցությամբ։ Բնականաբար գործող վարչախմբի ներկայացուցիչները՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը, արդեն այսօր հստակ ասելու են, որ իրենք դեմ են քվեարկելու։ Դրանից հետո արդեն հաջորդ փուլերն են լինելու՝ դիմում սահմանադրական դատարան և ևս 300000 ստորագրությունների հավաքում։ Կհաջողի՞ «Հայաքվե»-ին անցկացնելու իր օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը, թե՞ ոչ, բարդ է ասել, սակայն, այն որ այդ նախաձեռնությանն իշխանությունների տոտալ հակազդեցություն կա՝ վկայում է, որ այն իսկապես հայամետ և կարևոր նախաձեռնություն է և հարկավոր է բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել այս նախաձեռնությունը կյանքի կոչելու համար։
