Հայաստանում երկարաձգվել է էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման ծրագիրը

Mir24.tv-ն գրում է, որ պետք է խնայել գումար կոմունալ ծառայությունների վրա արևային էներգիայով: Հայաստանում երկարաձգվել է էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման ծրագիրը։ Դրան մասնակցող բնակիչներին աշխատանքների համար տրվում են արտոնյալ վարկեր, հայտնում է МИР 24-ի թղթակից Իրինա Մկրտչյանը։

Վերանորոգումն ավարտված է, մնում է հիմնովին մաքրել և տեղափոխվել բնակարան։ Էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման ծրագրի երեք հազար մասնակիցներից մեկը՝ Իրինա Մուրադյանը, մոտ երեք միլիոն դրամի (660 հազար ռուբլի) վարկ է վերցրել։ Ծրագրի պայմաններով այս գումարի 20%-ը պետք է ծախսվեր էներգաարդյունավետության վրա։ «Այս միջոցներով իրականացրեցինք լոկալ ջեռուցում, պատշգամբի արտաքին պատը պատեցինք ջերմամեկուսիչ նյութերով, որպեսզի ջերմությունը չկորցնենք։ Դրսի դուռը փոխվել է, տեղադրվել են էներգախնայող լամպեր»,— պատմել է երևանցիներից մեկը։

Ծրագրին մասնակցում են նաև գյուղաբնակներ, նրանք վարկային միջոցներով արևային մարտկոցներ են տեղադրում։ Ձմռանը մեծ առանձնատները տաքացնելը թանկ է, օգնության են հասնում վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրները։ Ընդ որում, հարավային շրջաններում տարեկան 300 արևոտ օր է լինում։ «Համակարգը գործում է մեկ ամիս։ Մենք գոհ ենք, ելքը 700 կիլովատ է, ծախսել ենք 200, ինչը նշանակում է, որ ձմռանը կարող ենք օգտագործել 500 կիլովատ։ Կոմունալ վարձերը հսկայական են, 23000 ռուբլի միայն ջեռուցման համար։ Հիմա գումար կխնայենք»,- պատմել է Էջմիածնի բնակիչ Արամայիս Խաչատրյանը։

Այս պիլոտային ծրագիրը հաջողված էր, ուստի հուլիսի 1-ից այն երկարաձգվեց ևս մեկ տարով։ Ծրագրի ընթացքում պետությունն արդեն սուբսիդավորել է 6,5 մլրդ դրամ տարեկան տոկոսադրույքներ (ավելի քան 1,5 մլրդ ռուբլի)։

«Ծրագրի պայմանները հետևյալն են. բնակարանների վերանորոգման համար տրամադրում ենք 7 մլն դրամ, առանձնատների համար մինչև 10 մլն դրամ, սահմանամերձ և բարձր լեռնային շրջաններում պետությունն ամբողջությամբ մարում է վարկերի տոկոսադրույքները, իսկ քաղաքաբնակները պետք է տարեկան հավելյալ 5 տոկոս վճարեն»,- ասել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության էներգետիկայի վարչության պետ Տիգրան Մելքոնյանը։

Հայաստանում բնակարանային ֆոնդի մեծ մասը շահագործման է հանձնվել 1980-ականներին։ Լայնածավալ վերանորոգման ծրագիրը կբարելավի շենքերի էներգաարդյունավետությունը և ակտիվորեն կօգտագործի վերականգնվող բնական ռեսուրսները:

Հայաստանում էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման պետական ​​աջակցության ծրագիրը կենտրոնացած է մուտքի դռների, պատուհանների և արտաքին պատերի մեկուսացման վրա։ Անհրաժեշտ է նաև օգտագործել բացառապես էներգախնայող լամպեր։
