Տիկին Հակոբյան, հույս չունենա՛ք, որ արցախցիները դառնալու են փախստական․ Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, «Անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն անընդունելի է համարում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումն Արցախի հարցում եւ կոչ է անում փոխել այն։ Alpha News-ի ուղիղ եթերում այդ մասին ասել է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատի համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

«Եթե իրենք պատրաստ չեն պայքարել Արցախի հետաքրքրությունների համար, ապա պետք է փոխանցեն բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, որ մենք ինքներս կարողանանք կազմակերպել եւ գտնել այն դաշնակիցներին, որոնք մեզ կօգնեն այդ բանակցություններում։ Վտանգավոր է, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները մի կողմից Արցախը ճանաչում են Ադրբեջանի մաս, մյուս կողմից էլ՝ բանակցում են»,- ասաց Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Նա շեշտեց՝ չնայած Հայաստանի կառավարության դիրքորոշմանը, Արցախը չի՛ եղել ու չի՛ լինելու Ադրբեջանի կազմում։

«Արցախը պետք է մնա հայկական, դրա համար պետք է կոնկրետ քայլեր անել։ Օրինակ՝ այսօր մեր շարժումը փակել է Ասկերան-Աղդամ ճանապարհն ու ասել՝ մենք թույլ չե՛նք տալու, որ այդ ճանապարհն օգտագործվի հումանիտար բեռնափոխադրումների համար։ Դա անընդունելի է։ 1988 թ․-ից սկսած՝ մեր պայքարը շարունակվում է եւ պետք չէ կոտրվել ու զգալ, թե անհույս իրավիճակ է»,- նշեց Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Նախկին պաշտոնյան շեշտեց՝ ռուս խաղաղապահների մանդատը պետք է ուժեղացվի, նրանք պետք է կտրուկ գործողությունների իրավունք ստանան եւ քննարկվի նրանց՝ Արցախում մնալու ժամկետի երկարաձգումը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության համաձայն՝ ռուս խաղաղապահները Արցախում տեղակայվել են 5 տարի ժամկետով, որը, սակայն, կարող է երկարաձգվել եւս 5-ամյա ժամկետով, եթե կողմերից մեկը տվյալ ժամկետի ավարտից 6 ամիս առաջ չհայտարարի դրա չեղարկման մտադրության մասին:

«Շատ կարեւոր է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները վերականգնեն Արցախի կապը Հայաստանի հետ, դրա համար մենք պետք է ճնշում գործադրենք թե՛ իրենց վրա, թե՛ միջազգային հանրության։ Իհարկե, ռուս խաղաղապահների վիճակն էլ ծանր է այս պայմաններում, բայց մենք միասին պետք է պայքարենք ու Ադրբեջանի վրա ճնշում գործադրենք, որ բացվի ճանապարհը։ Այո՛, Արցախի ժողովուրդը շատ հարցեր, պահանջներ ունի ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ կապված, բայց, միեւնույն ժամանակ, մենք հասկանում ենք, որ իրենց ներկայությունը վերջին հնարավորությունն է՝ ապահովել մեր անվտանգությունը, սա չհասկացող մարդիկ կամ կույր են կամ այլ ծրագիր ունեն։ Երկարաժամկետ պայմանագիր պետք է լինի ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունն Արցախում ապահովելու համար, իրենք պետք է հնարավորություն ունենան իրենց ընտանիքիներին այստեղ բերել»,- ընդգծեց Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը։

Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարը շեշտեց՝ արցախցիները Ադրբեջանից հումանիտար օգնություն չեն ընդունելու՝ Արցախում պահանջում են օդային կամուրջ ապահովել, որով հնարավոր կլինի սնունդ մատակարարել Արցախ։
