Անում են ամեն ինչ, որ մարդիկ այստեղ հուսահատվեն, չհավատան, որ կարող են ապրել իրենց հայրենիքում. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Մենք ունենք լուրջ խնդիր Արցախում: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 8-ին, Հայաստանի 6-րդ Միջազգային բժշկական համագումարի՝ «Սփյուռք-Արցախ-Հայաստան. համագործակցություն» թեմայով  քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

«44-օրյա պատերազմը մեծ շոկային ազդեցություն է թողել հասարակության վրա, մարդկանց մոտ այնպիիս իրավիճակ է, որ նրանք անջատվել են եւ չեն ուզում իրավիճակն ընդունել: Մենք ունենք շրջափակում, որն ամեն օր բարդացնում է իրավիճակը: Մոենք ունենք դեղի խնդիր, սննդի խնդիր, վառելիքի խնդիր: Շրջափակումը ամեննավատ ռազմական վիճակն է, որից դոււրս գալը վտանգավոր է, բայց մարդիկ շարունակում են ապրել իրենց առօրյա կյանքով, չեն հասկանում, որ սա վտնագավոր է եւ ընդդիմությունն է միակ տարբերակը, որ մենք կարող ենք փրկվել եւ այդ կողմից շրջափակումն ունի մեկ լավ կողմ, որ մենք բոլորս մի նավի մեջ ենք, շրջափակման մեջ բոլորս հավասար ենք»,-ասաց նա:

Վարդանյանը քննադատեց Հայաստանի իշխանություններին՝ նրանց հնչեցրած հայտարարությունների համար. «Մենք հայկական աշխարհում ունենք ավելի լուրջ մարտահրավերներ կապված ազգային արժեքներ հետ՝  Արցախը մեր գլխացավանքն է և եթե Արցախից ազատվենք, կունենանք խաղաղություն: Դրանք արմատավորվում են շատ վտանգավոր թեզերով՝  Արարատ սարն է, Նեմեսիս հուշարձանն է, բոլոր տղամարդիկ դասալիքներ են, կանայք երջանիկ չեն, եկեղեցին վատն է: Այս կողմից մենք ունենք շատ լուրջ խնդիրներ: Այսինքն Արցախը գտնվելով նման ծանր ներքին իրավիճակում, չունի այն զգացումը, որ հայկական աշխարհը հասկանում է ստեղծված իրավիճակը»,-ասաց նա:

Նախկին պետնախարարի խոսքով՝ պատերազմը չի ավարտվել, այն դեռ շարունակվում է:

«Ադբեջանը մեր դեմ 14 ձեւերով պատերազմ է  վարում: Իրենք հետեւողականորեն անում են ամեն ինչ, որ մարդիկ այստեղ հուսահատվեն, հիասթափվեն, չհավատան, որ կարող են ապրել իրենց հայրենիքում»,- ասաց նա:

Նա նշեց, որ այսօր զարգացման ծրագիր ունեն, որը 77 ուղղությունով է աշխատում, աշխատանքային խմբերն աշխատում են, արդեն տասնյակ ծրագրեր են իրականացրել։
