Արդյո՞ք նոր «պատմության» մեջ է ընկել Ալավերդու ավագանու ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավարը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ օրվա ընթացքում տարբեր աղբյուրներից տեղեկություններ էինք ստանում, որ երկու օր առաջ հերթական «պատմության» մեջ է ընկել Ալավերդի խոշորացված համայնքի ավագանու ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Ղումաշյանը:

Ըստ տարբեր աղբյուրների, նա եղել է ծեծկռտուքի մասնակից: Ավելին, կային տեղեկություններ, որ միջադեպը իրավապահների կողմից գրանցված է, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Խոսքը Շնողի նախկին գյուղապետ Դավիթ Ղումաշյանի մասին է: Ի դեպ, նրա վերաբերյալ ԶԼՄ­ներում մի շարք աղմկոտ հրապարակումներ կան՝ անտառահատումների, համագյուղացուն ծեծի ենթարկելու, լրագրողի աշխատանքը  խոչընդոտելու հետ կապված և այլն:

2019 թվականին նույնիսկ քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու համար, և միայն չորս տարի անց՝ այս տարվա մայիսին, արդեն ՔՊ խմբակցության ղեկավարի կարգավիճակ ունեցող Ղումաշյանը դաատրանի վճռով արդարացվել էր՝ արարքում հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով: «Փաստ» թերթը դիմեց Դավիթ Ղումաշյանին՝ ճշտելու՝ որքանով են հավաստի ծեծկռտուքի մասին նշյալ տեղեկությունները:

Նա մեր լրագրողի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում ասաց. «Տեղեկություններ չունեմ, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը, որևէ վեճի կամ կռվի չեմ մասնակցել»: Դիմեցինք նաև ՆԳՆ՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել՝ արդյո՞ք նման որևէ միջադեպ գրանցված է ոստիկանությունում: Ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչության պետ Զարզանդ Գաբրիելյանն ասաց. «Ոստիկանության Ալավերդու բաժնում նման հաղորդում, ահազանգ չի ստացվել»:
