Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նոր նախագիծն. արևային էներգիա Արցախի հիվանդանոցներին

Արցախում նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը» տարածքային զարգացման գործակալությունը նախաձեռնել է մի նոր ծրագիր, որով Արցախի Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնն ապահովվելու է արևային էլեկտրակայանով՝ հնարավորություն ստեղծելով բուժհաստատությանը այլընտրանքային էներգիայի աղբյուր ունենալ անկախ հոսանքազրկումից և անջատումներից։

Ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է ստեղծել արևային հիբրիդային էլեկտրակայան, ինչը թույլ է տալու մեծացնել բժշկական կենտրոնի էներգամատակարարման համակարգի հուսալիությունը։ Առաջնահերթ կարգով էներգիայով կապահովեն շտապօգնության, վիրահատական, վերակենդանացման և ինտենսիվ թերապիայի բաժանմունքները։

Գործակալությունն ի դեպ մտադիր է այսքանով չսահմանափակվել և արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել նաև Արցախի մյուս բժշկական կենտրոնների վրա։ Հատկապես պատերազմական իրավիճակում Արցախի համար սա կյանքի հարց է, ինչը կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունի։ «Ծրագիրը նախաձեռնվել է ելնելով իրավիճակից և փորձելով այլընտրանքային հուսալի աղբյուր ստեղծել Արցախի ամենախոշոր բուժհաստատության համար, մենք փորձելու ենք ամեն ինչ անել ծրագիրն իրականություն դարձնելու համար»,- ասել է գործակալության Արցախի նախագծերի ղեկավար, նախկին պետնախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը։

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այս նախաձեռնությունը չափազանց կարևոր է, և լուրջ դրական ազդեցություն կունենա Արցախի համար։

Ի դեպ այս նախաձեռնությունը կարելի է տեղափոխել նաև Հայաստան և արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել Հայաստան, և արևային վահանակներ տեղադրել Հայաստանի բոլոր բուժհաստատությունների, հատկապես պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ գործող կառույցների վրա։

Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող միայն մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և, նույնիսկ նրա միջոցներով կամ արտերկրից սարքավորումներ ներկրելով, հնարավոր է ապահովել բոլոր բուժհաստատությունների անկախ էներգամատակարարումը։
