Պետության կողմից տրամադրվող անվճար դեղերի ցանկը թարմացվել և համալրվել է ևս 5 անվանում դեղերով

Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձիք իրենց սպասարկող ամբուլատոր պոլիկլինիկաներից այսուհետև կստանան դեղեր՝ համապատասխան հիմնական դեղերի ցանկի: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության դեղորայքային քաղաքականության եւ բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների վարչության բաժնի պետ Մարինե Հարությունյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ներկայումս ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը գտնվում է լուրջ բարեփոխումների փուլում և դրանց համատեքստում բարեփոխումներ և փոփոխություններ են իրականացվել նաև դեղապահովման ոլորտում:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով՝ գործող հիմնական դեղերի ցանկը նույնպես համալրվել է նոր դեղերով: Այսինքն՝ այսուհետև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձը կարող է դիմել իրեն սպասարկող պոլիկլինիկա և ստանալ անվճար դեղեր: Ուզում եմ նշել, որ նախկինում այս խմբի անձիք դեղերը ստանում էին 50 տոկոս զեղչով։

Վերջինս մանրամասնեց՝ ծրագրից ընդհանուր առմամբ 2022 թվականին օգտվել է շուրջ 220 հազար շահառու, իսկ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող՝ դեղ ստացող անձանց թիվը կազմում է շուրջ 30 հազար մարդ: Ծրագրի իրականացման համար Կառավարությունից հատկացվել է շուրջ 400 միլիոն դրամ:

«Դեղորայքի ցանկը ՀՀ դեղերի հիմնական ցանկն է, որը թարմացվել և համալրվել է ևս 5 անվանում դեղերով և կազմում է 530 անվանում դեղ, և այդ ցանկի շրջանակներում իրականացվում է դեղապահովում: Այդ ցանկը պարբերաբար լրամշակվում է, և 310 անվանման փոխարեն մենք հիմա ունենք 530 անվանում: 310 եղել է մինչև 2018-19 թվականները: Այդ ցանկը կազմելիս հաշվի են առնվել և՛ նեղ բուժաշխատողների կարծիքները, և՛ պացիենտների խնդրանքները»,- ասաց Մարինե Հարությունյանը:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության դեղորայքային քաղաքականության եւ բժշկական տեխնոլոգիաների վարչության բաժնի պետը նկատեց՝ քաղցկեղով հիվանդների համար նախատեսված է երկու անվանում դեղ, որոնք կարող են տրամադրել պոլիկլինիկական ծառայությունները. «Քանի որ դրանց մեծամասնությունը ստացիոնար բուժում ստացող պացիենտների համար են նախատեսված, պոլիկլինիկական ծառայությունում դրանք չեն կարող տրամադրվել և չեն էլ տրամադրվում»,-ասաց նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ  2-ից 5 անվանում դեղեր կան, որ քաղցկեղով հիվանդները քիմիաթերապևտիկ կուրսն անցնելուց հետո կարող են ստանալ պոլիկլինիկայի միջոցով, որը տրվում է ամբողջությամբ անվճար։ 

Ըստ նրա՝ և՛ շաքարային դիաբետի, և՛ սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների համար նախատեսված է լայն սպեկտոր ունեցող դեղերի ցանկ հիմնական դեղերի ցանկում, որոնք տրամադրվում են անվճար:
