Հուլիսի 1-ից ծերության, հաշմանդամության և կերակրողին կորցնելու դեպքում նպաստների չափերը նույնպես կավելանան։ Ծերության նպաստի չափը դառնում է 36,000 դրամ՝ 31,600 դրամի փոխարեն։ Ֆունկցիոնալության խորը աստիճանի սահմանափակմամբ (1-ին խմբի հաշմանդամություն) հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի համար սահմանվում է 39,000 դրամ՝ 31,600 դրամի փոխարեն)։

«Այս փոփոխություններն առնչվում են շուրջ 580 հազար մարդու։ Խնդիր է դրված, որ 2026 թվականին նվազագույն կենսաթոշակի և կենսաթոշակի միջին չափերը համապատասխանաբար կհավասարեցվեն պարենային և սպառողական զամբյուղների արժեքներին: Ամեն դեպքում, երբ մարդու կենսաթոշակն այնքան չէ, որ բավարարի կենսական պահանջները, միևնույն է ՝դժգոհություններ լինելու են և դրանք անխուսափելի են։

Մյուս կողմից պետք է հասկանանք, որ կենսաթոշակն աշխատավարձ չէ, այն ապահովագրական համակարգ է։ Որևէ երկրում աշխատավարձին հավասար կենսաթոշակ չկա։ Մենք, իհարկե, բավարար ցուցանիշից հեռու ենք, բայց առաջարկում եմ կատարել պարզ թվաբանություն։ Ունենք շուրջ 580 հազար շահառու և 1000 դրամ թոշակը, նպաստն ավելացնելու դեպքում անհրաժեշտ կլինի շուրջ 7 մլրդ դրամ։ Հիմա, մեր երկրում նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղը 79 հազար դրամ է, մեր բարձրացումների արդյունքում կենսաթոշակի չափը կդառնա 49 հազար դրամ։

Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, 30 հազարով պակաս։ Եվ եթե այդ ցուցանիշին հասնենք, ուրեմն պետք է դա բազմապատկենք 7 մլրդ-ով։ Որևէ դեպքում 200 մլրդ-ից ավելի ծախսային ուղղության վրա դնելը իրատեսական չէ։ Քայլերը պետք է հիմնավորված լինեն տնտեսական կարողություններով»,-ասաց Անահիտ Գալստյանը։

Կառավարության ծրագրի համաձայն՝ պետական կենսաթոշակների չափերը մինչև 2026 թվականը պարբերաբար կբարձրացվեն:
