Moody’s վարկանիշային գործակալությունը բարձրացրել է Կոնվերս Բանկի վարկանիշը

Moody’s Investors Service միջազգային հեղինակավոր վարկանիշային գործակալությունը բարձրացրել է Կոնվերս Բանկի Վարկունակության բազային գնահատականը (ՎԲԳ) b2-ից b1 և վերահաստատել Բանկի երկարաժամկետ ավանդների B1 վարկանիշը: Գործակալությունը բարելավել է նաև երկարաժամկետ ավանդների B1 վարկանիշին տրված հեռանկարը՝ այն սահմանելով «կայուն»:

Ըստ գործակալության, Կոնվերս Բանկի երկարաժամկետ ավանդների B1 վարկանիշին տրված կայուն հեռանկարը ցույց է տալիս, որ Բանկը կպահպանի իր հիմնարար ցուցանիշների կայունությունն առաջիկա 12-18 ամսվա ընթացքում: 

Այս կապակցությամբ Կոնվերս Բանկի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Հրանտ Հակոբյանը նշում է. «Moody’s միջազգային հեղինակավոր գործակալության կողմից Կոնվերս Բանկի ՎԲԳ և երկարաժամկետ ավանդների հեռանկարի բարելավումը վկայում է Բանկի ակտիվների որակի բարելավման և կապիտալի կայունության, ինչպես նաև բանկային համակարգի համար նոր մարտահրավերներով լի այս շրջանում Կոնվերս Բանկի կողմից իրականացվող միջոցառումների և աշխատանքների արդյունավետության մասին: Վստահեցնում ենք, որ Բանկի ֆինանսական կայունության ամրապնդման,  իրացվելիության մակարդակի բարձրացման, Բանկի ակտիվների բարձր որակի ապահովումը մեր ամենօրյա աշխատանքն է»: 

Moody’s-ի հրապարակման մեջ նշվում է նաև, որ Կոնվերս Բանկի Վարկունակության բազային գնահատականի և ճշգրտված ՎԲԳ-ի բարելավումը b2-ից b1-ի պայմանավորված է վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում Բանկի կապիտալի համարժեքության, շահութաբերության և իրացվելիության ցուցանիշների բարելավմամբ: Նշված գնահատականի վերանայումը հիմք է հանդիսացել նաև Բանկի Կոնտրագենտի երկարաժամկետ ռիսկի վարկանիշի՝ B1-ից Ba3 և Կոնտրագենտի երկարաժամկետ ռիսկի գնահատականի՝ B1(cr)-ից Ba3(cr) մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար:
