Երևանը ողողված է քաղբանտարկյալ Արմեն Աշոտյանի լուսանկարներով

168․am-ը գրում է․

 

Մայրաքաղաք Երևանի փողոցները, անցումները, սյուներն ու գովազդային վահանակները ողողված են քաղբանտարկյալ Արմեն Աշոտյանի լուսանկարներով, գրաֆիտիներով, նրա ազատության պահանջներով, Արմեն Աշոտյանի նկատմամբ քաղաքական հետապնդման մասին իրազեկող այլ տպագիր նյութերով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 15-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ իր բնակարանից Քննչական կոմիտե (ՔԿ) են տեղափոխել Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցության (ՀՀԿ) փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանին:

Դեռևս հունիսի 6-ին մամուլը գրել էր Արմեն Աշոտյանի հնարավոր ձերբակալության մասին:

Ինքը՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, այդ առիթով նշել էր՝ ակնհայտ քաղաքական աստառով հերթական գործն են ուզում «կարել» իր վրա:

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ 168.am-ը դեռևս 2022թ. նոյեմբերի 22-ին էր գրել Արմեն Աշոտյանի հնարավոր ձերբակալության մասին: Այդ օրերին ձերբակալել էին ԵրՊԲՀ նախկին ռեկտոր Միքայել Նարիմանյանին, և Արմեն Աշոտյանին նույն գործի շրջանակներում էլ փորձում էին մեկուսացնել՝ մեղադրելով, այդ թվում՝ նաև փողերի լվացման մեջ:

Այդ ժամանակ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին, այնուամենայնիվ, որևէ կերպ չէր հաջողվել 100-ից ավելի անձանց հարցաքննելուց հետո անգամ ցանկալի ցուցմունքը ստանալ Արմեն Աշոտյանի դեմ:

Մեր հրապարակումից օրեր անց արգելափակեցին Արմեն Աշոտյանի ՍԵԿՏ-ը (սահմանային էլեկտրոնային կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգ), և վերջինս չկարողացավ մեկնել Լիսաբոն՝ մասնակցելու ԵԺԿ Քաղաքական համաժողովին:

Ավելի ուշ Արմեն Աշոտյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրեցին ու խափանման միջոց ընտրեցին բացակայելու արգելքը:

Արմեն Աշոտյանը նախ ձերբակալվեց, ապա Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Սարգիս Դադոյանի կողմից երկու ամսով կալանավորվեց՝ իբր խափանման միջոցի պայմանները խախտելու հիմքով, մեղմ ասած, ծիծաղելի ձայնագրությունների հիման վրա, որոնցում ո՛չ Արմեն Աշոտյանի ձայնը կար, ոչ էլ նրա կողմից կատարված ենթադրյալ խախտման վերաբերյալ որևէ ապացույց:

«Արմեն Աշոտյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տվող չի եղել. Նրան կալանավորել են Նիկոլի ցանկությամբ»,- ասել էր ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահի պաշտպան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը:

Արմեն Աշոտյանը իր հնարավոր կալանավորման մասին հարցին ի պատասխան՝ հունիսի 12-ին Կոմիտասի անվան պանթեոնում հայտարարել էր՝ որտեղ էլ լինի, քաղաքական աքսորում թե կալանքում, շարունակելու է իր գործունեությունը:

ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահը հենց այդպես էլ անում է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կեղծ, սուտ ու մանիպուլյատիվ հայտարարություններին պատասխանելով ոչ թե ուղիղ հեռարձակումներով, ինչպես անում էր ազատության մեջ, այլ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից գրված հոդվածներով:

Այսօր 168.am-ում հրապարակվել է նրա արդեն երկրորդ հոդվածը, որում մասնավորապես նշված է. «Փաշինյանը փորձում է պատմությունը սրբագրելով՝ իր ուզած պատմությունը գրել: Սակայն պատմությունը գրում են հաղթողները, իսկ Նիկոլը մեր ժողովրդի գլխին աղետ և ամոթ բերած պարտության և պատերազմի պատճառ հանդիսացող կապիտուլյանտ է»:
