Իսրայելական օրինակն անհրաժեշտ է Հայաստանին

Հայաստանում չափազանց սիրում են որպես օրինակ ներկայացնել Իսրայելը։ Ցանկացած հարցով լինի դա տնտեսություն, զինված ուժեր, քաղաքականություն, հայ հասարակության համար Իսրայելը դարձել է մի էտալոն։

Թերևս մեկ հարցում առնվազն Հայաստանը պետք է լուրջ օրինակ վերցնի Իսրայելից։ Այդ երկրի կառավարությունն երկրում էներգիայի սպառման արագաճի համատեքստում մտադիր է զանգվածաբար արևային մարտկոցներ տեղադրել ոչ բնակելի և բնակելի շենքերի տանիքներին։ «Reuters» գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ երկրի իշխանությունները կենտրոնացած են արևային էներգիայի զարգացման վրա՝ կապված նրա հետ, որ Իսրայելի աշխարհագրական և կլիմայական առանձնահատկություններն էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու համար թույլ չեն տալիս հողմաղացների և հիդրոէլեկտրակայանների ակտիվ օգտագործումն, ուստի և որոշվել է անցնել արևային էներգիային։

Արևային էլեկտրաէներգիայի ավանդական տեսակների զարգացումն, երբ դրանք տեղադրվում են հսկայական հողատարածքների վրա, Իսրայելի համար դժվար է։ Այդ պատճառով հարմար անապատային տարածքները գտնվում են էլեկտրաէներգիայի հիմնական սպառողների զգալի հեռավորության վրա, ինչը մեծ կորուստների է հանգեցնում փոխանցման ընթացքում, ուստի և Իսրայելն որոշում է կայացրել բոլոր շենքերի վրա տեղադրել սարքավորումներն, որոնք, ըստ աղբյուրների, հիմնականում գնվելու են Չինաստանից։

Կոնկրետ այս մի դեպքը ցույց է տալիս Իսրայելի կառավարության քաղաքական կամքը սեփական երկրի ժողովրդին ապահովել ինքնաբավ էլեկտրաէներգիայով՝ դրա համար միջոցներ չխնայելով։

Հայաստանն այս առումով զգալի հետ է մնում, առավել ևս, որ մեր երկրի իշխանությունները լրջագույն ջանքեր չեն գործադրում արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման ուղղությամբ։

Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և ծավալների մեծացման դեպքում իշխանությունները պարտավոր են ոչ միայն նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծել այլ ընկերություների սեփական վահանակներն ու մարտկոցներն արտադրելու Հայաստանի տարածքում, այլ նաև լուրջ ջանքեր գործադրել դրանք գոնե Չինաստանից Հայաստան բերելու համար։
