«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատը» դատապարտում է Արցախի լիակատար պաշարման անտեսումը միջազգային հանրության կողմից

«Արցախի անվտանգության եւ զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է.

«Արդեն հինգ օր է, Արցախը Հայաստանին և աշխարհին կապող միակ ճանապարհը փակ է անգամ ծանր հիվանդների տեղափոխման և հումանիտար բեռների ներկրման համար:

«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ»-ը դատապարտում է Արցախի լիակատար պաշարման փաստի անտեսումը միջազգային հանրության կողմից:

Արցախի Հանրապետության 120 հազար քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում՝ 30 հազար երեխաների, 20 հազար տարեցների և հարյուրավոր անհետաձգելի բուժման կարիք ունեցող հիվանդների՝ օրեցօր խորացող հումանիտար խնդիրներին դեկլարատիվ հայտարարություններով արձագանքելը եւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտումներն անհետեւանք թողնելը համարում ենք միջազգային կազմակերպությունների կողմից երկակի ստանդարտների կիրառում եւ իր հայրենիքում ապրող բնիկ ժողովրդի հանդեպ էթնիկ զտումների ու ցեղասպանական նկրտումների իրագործման խրախուսում:

Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրացված իրավունքը «Ղարաբաղում բնակվող հայերի իրավունքների և անվտանգության» անհասկանալի ձևակերպմամբ փոխարինած Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները փաստացի Արցախը տանում են դեպի բռնակցում Ադրբեջանին:

Անընդունելի է նաեւ, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները, դուրս մնալով սեփական ժողովրդի ճակատագրին վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ բանակցություններից, սահմանափակվում են միայն հումանիտար աղետը կանխելու նպատակով բնակչությանը «խիստ տնտեսման» կոչեր հղելով:

Արցախը Հայաստանին եւ աշխարհին կապող ճանապարհին տեղադրված ադրբեջանական անցակետը 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների ակնհայտ խախտում է, ուստի, պահանջում ենք Ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմից՝ ապահովել նշյալ հայտարարությամբ ամրագրված դրույթների կատարումը՝ անհապաղ ապաշրջափակելով միջանցքը:

Կոչ ենք անում հայկական բոլոր կազմակերպություններին եւ ազգային կառույցներին, աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցներին՝ բողոքի ձայն բարձրացնել Արցախի ժողովրդին պատուհասած աղետի կապակցությամբ և դիմել իրենց նստավայր երկրների կառավարություններին ու խորհրդարաններին՝ Ադրբեջանի դեմ միջազգային պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու պահանջով:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանություններից պահանջում ենք ձեռնարկել հայ ժողովրդի առջև ստանձնած պատասխանատվությունից բխող անհետաձգելի գործողություններ՝ պաշտպանելու Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնիշխանությունը:

Մենք բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով պայքարելու ենք հայրենիքում ազատ ապրելու մեր իրավունքի համար եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ ուղղված ցանկացած ոտնձգություն արժանանալու է համարժեք պատասխանի»։
