Krisp-ի և WEB-ի համահիմնադիրները միացել են Team Telecom Armenia -ին` որպես տնօրենների խորհրդի անկախ անդամներ

Krisp-ի համահիմնադիր Արտավազդ Մինասյանը և WEB ընկերության համահիմնադիր Ալբերտ Տոնեյանը դարձել են Team Telecom Armenia-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի անկախ անդամներ։ ՏՏ և տելեկոմ ոլորտում հաջողված նախագծեր իրականացրած փորձառու մասնագետները մասնակցելու են ընկերության ռազմավարական նախագծերի մշակմանը և կորպորատիվ կառավարմանը։

Team Telecom Armenia-ի տնօրենների խորհուրդը գլխավորում է Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը, անդամներն են Հայկ Եսայանը և Արամ Բարսեղյանը, անկախ անդամներն են Ալբերտ Տոնեյանն ու Արտավազդ Մինասյանը:

Team Telecom Armenia-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Եսայանը, կարևորելով անկախ անդամների ներգրավվումը ընկերության համար այս խորհրդանշական փուլում, նշեց, որ սա թափանցիկ գործելաոճին ու ռազմավարական ծրագրերը բազմաշերտ դիտարկելուն ուղղված քայլ է։

«Ուրախ եմ, որ մեր թիմը համալրվում է նման մասնագետներով, որոնք ունեն թե՛ միջազգային, և թե՛ տեղական շուկայում լայնամասշտաբ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու և հաջողելու փորձ։ Վստահ եմ՝ մեր համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում կարողանալու ենք ստեղծել տելեկոմ և ՏՏ ոլորտների համադրությամբ լիարժեք էկոհամակարգ, որը կբավարարի ժամանակակից սպառողի պահանջները»։  

«Ընկերությունը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու և կարևորագույն ենթակառուցվածքներ ստեղծելու համար։ Համոզված եմ, որ իմ մասնակցությամբ կամուրջ կդառնամ՝ Team-ի և բաձր տեխնոլոգիական համայնքի միջև», - նշեց Արտավազդ Մինասյանը։ 

Խոսելով խորհրդին միանալու շարժառիթների մասին՝ Ալբերտ Տոնեյանն ասաց, որ ցանկանում է տելեկոմ ոլորտում իր երկարամյա փորձը և համարձակ մտահղացումները ներդնել Team-ում նոր նշաձողեր սահմանելու և մեծ արդյունքների հասնելու համար։

Արտավազդ Մինասյանը ֆիզմաթ գիտությունների թեկնածու է, հանդիսանում է Krisp և 10WEB ընկերությունների համահիմնադիրը և BigStory վենչուրային ֆոնդի կառավարող գործընկերը։ Նա ներգրավել է $32 միլիոն կապիտալ։ Մինասյանը նաև իրականացնում է ակտիվ հանրային գործունեություն՝ ԱՏՁՄ և Այբ հիմնադրամների հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ է։

Ալբերտ Տոնեյանը ֆիզմաթ գիտությունների թեկնածու է։ Նա Հայաստանում առաջին ինտերնետ ծառայություն մատուցող ընկերություններից WEB-ի համահիմնադիրն է և տնօրենը, «.հայ» և «.am» դոմեյնների ռեեստր «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ-ի փոխնախագահը, ArmIX հիմնադրամի նախագահը ու «ՀՀ Ինտերնետ կառավարման հանձնաժողով»-ի անդամը:  

Team Telecom Armenia-ն ՀՀ տարածքում տրամադրում է ինտերնետի, թվային հեռուստատեսության, բջջային և ֆիքսված հեռախոսակապի ծառայություններ։ 2021 թվականից ընկերությունը սկսել է տարածաշրջանում եզակի՝ 25 Գբ/վ արագությամբ 25G-PON տեխնոլոգիայով NGN (Next Generation Network) ցանցի կառուցումը:
