Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի գործով նոր անձը՝ Մոսկվայի ՆԳՆ աշխատակից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մոսկվայի Լեֆորտովոյի դատարանը ձերբակալել է մայրաքաղաքի ՆԳՆ ԳՎ աշխատակից Դենիս Բոգորոդեցկուն: Հետաքննությունը համարում է, որ նա միջնորդ է եղել Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի կողմից՝ իր օգնականին ազատելու համար կաշառք տալու գործում: Այդ մասին հայտնել է РИА Новости–ն:

«ԱԴԾ քննչի միջնորդությունը՝ Բոգորոդեցկու նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանք ընտրելը բավարարվել է»,– դատավորի խոսքերը մեջբերել է գործակալությունը:

Հետաքննության վարկածով, ՆԳՆ նախկին աշխատակիցը կաշառքի առաջարկը ներկայացրել է Քննչական կոմիտեի սեփական անվտանգության վարչության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Ալեքսանդր Լամոնովին, ով ներկայումս նույնպես կալանավորված է Շաքրոյի գործով: Լամոնովը համաձայնել է: Դատարանում Բոգորոդեցկին մեղքը չի ընդունել և հրաժարվել է ցուցմունք տալուց:

Քննիչը ձերբակալության մասին իր միջնորդությունը հիմնավորել է նրանով, որ Բոգորոդեցկին կասկածվում է ծանր հանցագործություն կատարելու մեջ, ընդ որում, «ունի օպերատիվ աշխատանքի փորձ և լայն կապեր» իրավապահ մարմինների ու «քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների» հետ: «Դա նրան թույլ կտա ազատ արձակվելու դեպքում ոչնչացնել ապացույցները և ճնշում գործադրել վկաների վրա»,– պարզաբանել է քննիչը:

Իսկ կասկածյալի պաշտպանը պնդել է տնային կալանքը, քանի որ, ըստ փաստաբանի, Բոգորոդեցկին տառապում է ցրված սկրելոզով և մշտական բուժման կարիք ունի:

Սակայն դատարանը կալանքի որոշում է կայացրել՝ մինչև սեպտեմբերի 17–ը: Առայժմ Բոգորոդեցկուն պաշտոնական մեղադրանք չի առաջադրվել:

Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի գործով արդեն իսկ կալանքի տակ են գտնվում ՔԿ սեփական անվտանգության վարչության ղեկավար Միխայիլ Մաքսիմենկոն, նրա տեղակալ Ալեքսանդր Լամոնովը և ՔԿ մայրաքաղաքային ԳՎ պետի առաջին տեղակալ Դենիս Նիկանդրովը: Բոլոր երեքին հետաքննությունը մեղադրում է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք ստանալու մեջ: Ըստ հետաքննության, կասկածյալները խոստացել են պարգևի դիմաց օգնել մեկուսարանից ազատելու Քալաշովի մերձավորներին: Մեղադրյալներից ոչ մեկն իր մեղքը դեռ չի ընդունել:

Հունիսի կեսին «Росбалт»–ը հայտնել էր, որ ՔԿ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները պետք է Շաքրո Մոլոդոյից ստանային 5 մլն եվրոյի չափով կաշառք: Աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, նրանց խոսակցությունը գաղտնալսել են ԱԴԾ աշխատակիցները: Սակայն ձերբակալման պահին Շաքրոյի միջնորդը նրանց փոխանցել է միայն 500000 եվրո:
