Կհաջողվի՞ սկսել Արցախն այլ պետության մաս ճանաչող ցանկացած գործողություն քրեականացնելու նախաձեռնության ստորագրահավաքը․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնությունը քարոզարշավի շրջանակներում մեծ թվով աջակիցների և համախոհների հավաք էր կազմակերպել Երևանում: Խոսքը քաղաքացիական-օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության մասին է, որն առաջարկում է քրեականացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից Արցախն այլ պետության մաս ճանաչող ցանկացած գործողություն:

Ըստ այդմ, նախատեսվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքում կատարել համապատասխան լրացում, որով 10-15 տարի ազատազրկում է նախատեսվում նշյալի համար: Մի քանի օրից նախաձեռնությունը կդիմի ԿԸՀ, որը տասնօրյա ժամկետում պետք է տա պատասխան-թույլտվություն, իսկ դրանից հետո կազդարարվի ստորագրահավաքի մեկնարկը, որը տեղի է ունենալու համայնքապետարաններում, վարչական շրջաններում, մարզպետարաններում և նոտարական գրասենյակներում: 50 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքելու դեպքում նախագիծը կմտնի ԱԺ: Այս օրերին հաճախ են մարդիկ հարցնում, թե ինչ է լինելու, եթե խորհրդարանական մեծամասնությունը տապալի օրենքի նախագծի ընդունումը, ինչը սպասելի է: Այդ պարագայում հաջորդ քայլը պետք է լինի հավաքել 300 հազար ստորագրություն, և հարցը դնել հանրաքվեի:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները ցանկանում են այնպես անել, որ հարցը նույնիսկ ԱԺ չհասնի: Դրա համար, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, քննարկվում են տարբերակներ՝ արդեն ԿԸՀ-ում ինչ-ինչ «իրավական» պատրվակներով կանգնեցնել նախաձեռնությունը: Իշխանությունները հասկանում են, որ ոչ միայն 50 հազար, այլև 300 հազար ստորագրություն հավաքելն էլ խնդիր չի լինելու, իսկ խորհրդարանում իրենց դեմ քվեարկությունն ու այդ նախագծից իրենց վախերն ի ցույց դնելը յուրատեսակ ինքնախոստովանություն կլինի:
