«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանի ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
 
Երևանի տրանսպորտային գլխավոր ռեֆորմը պետք է դառնա ճոպանուղու ցանցը
Քաղաքների երեք «տարածությունների» միաժամանակյա արդյունավետ օգտագործումը միայն կարող է հնարավորություն տալ լուծել Երևանի առջև ծառացած մի շարք խնդիրները, այդ թվում, տրանսպորտային և հետիոտնի անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժին վերաբերողները։
 
Առաջին «տարածությունը»՝ գետինը, գրեթե սպառել է իրեն և Երևանի բնակչության և տնտեսության զարգացման տեմպերի համար ունի սակավ հնարավորություններ լուծելու քաղաքի խնդիրները։ Նոր ճանապարհների, փողոցների կառուցման հնարավորությունները սահմանափակ են։
 
Երկրորդ՝ ստորգետնյա «տարածությունը» բավական քիչ է օգտագորված։ Ունենք շատ քիչ թունելներ, գետնանցումներ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Երևանի ռելիեֆը և ստորգետնյա ենթակառուցվածների առկայությունները նույնպես թույլ չեն տալիս քաղաքը դարձնել լիարժեք «երկհարկանի»։ Սակայն, այստեղ նույնպես ունենք սկզբունքային խնդիր։ Օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով գետնանցումները չեն դառնում մարդկանց հիմնական ճանապարհը, որը նաև անվտանգության խնդիրներ է առաջացնում։ Քաղաքը, նախ և առաջ, պետք է լինի մարդկանց համար, հետևաբար Երևանի մի շարք գետնանցումներ պետք է վերածվեն թունելի՝ մեքենաների համար, իսկ մարդիկ քայլեն գետնի վրայով։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Երևանում առկա են մի շարք հնարավորություններ փոքր թունելների շնորհիվ ունենալ նոր հետիոտնային հատվածներ։
 
Երրորդ՝ վերգետնյա, օդային «տարածությունը» գրեթե չի օգտագործվում։ Վերնանցումները շարունակում են մնալ անհարմար մարդկանց համար, իսկ 1-2 էստակադաները չեն լուծում քաղաքի տրանսպորտային խնդիրները։
 
Հաշվի առնելով Երևանի ռելիեֆային առանձնահատկությունը՝ քաղաքի տրանսպորտային գլխավոր ռեֆորմը պետք է դառնա ճոպանուղու ցանցը։
