Team Telecom Armenia-ն իրականացնում է բաժնետոմսերի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխում (IPO)

2 հունիսի, 2023 թ․, Երևան․ «Տելեկոմ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ն (ապրանքանիշը՝ Team Telecom Armenia) թողարկել և
հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով տեղաբաշխում է բաժնետոմսեր՝ հնարավորություն տալով յուրաքանչյուրին մասնակցել ընկերության զարգացմանը, կատարել ներդրում, կիսել հաջողությունները և դառնալ Team-ի բաժնետեր։


Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է տեղաբաշխել 8 միլիարդ 240 միլիոն դրամ ընդհանուր արժողությամբ 40 միլիոն հատ բաժնետոմս։ Տեղաբաշխումն իրականացվելու է սույն թվականի հունիսի 7-ից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ։

Ներգրավված միջոցներն ընկերությունն ուղղելու է Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում օպտիկամանրաթելային NGN ցանցի ընդլայնմանը, 5G բջջային ցանցի գործարկմանը և միջազգային նոր կապուղիների ակտիվացմանը։ Աշխատելով թվային տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում՝ ընկերությունը նաև մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնելու ժամանակակից թվային գործիքների ու լուծումների ներդրմանը և այլ հավակնոտ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։


«Տելեկոմ Արմենիա» ԲԲԸ-ի բաժնետոմսերի ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի` 2023թ. մայիսի 31-ի Թիվ N 1/288Ա որոշմամբ: Բաժնետոմսերի տեղաբաշխողն է «ԱՄԵՐԻԱԲԱՆԿ» ՓԲ ընկերությունը։ Բաժնետոմսեր ձեռքբերման կարգին, ազդագրի էլեկտրոնային տարբերակին և բաժնետոմսերի հրապարակային առաջարկի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությանը կարելի է ծանոթանալ այստեղ։


Team Telecom Armenia-ն ՀՀ տարածքում տրամադրում է ինտերնետի, թվային հեռուստատեսության, բջջային և ֆիքսված հեռախոսակապի ծառայություններ։ 2021 թվականից ընկերությունը սկսել է տարածաշրջանում եզակի՝ 25 Գբ/վ արագությամբ 25G-PON տեխնոլոգիայով NGN (Next
Generation Network) ցանցի կառուցումը:
