Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ն նոր հայտարարություն է տարածել

Անդրադառնալով 2023 թվականի մայիսի 28-ին «Լաչինի շրջանում ԱՀ նախագահ պարոն Իլհամ Ալիևի արտահայտած կարծիքներին և կոչերին՝ մենք կտրականապես մերժում ենք Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մեկ այլ անհիմն կողմնակալ հայտարարություն» (չակերտները Tert.am-ի)։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարությունը՝ անրդառնալով ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի երեկվա հայտարարությանը կապված Իլհամ Ալիևի սպառնալիքների հետ։

Ադրբեջանական կողմը Ալիևի հայտարարությունները ներկայացրել է որպես «տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության հարգման անհրաժեշտության, Ադրբեջանի ներքին գործերին միջամտության անթույլատրելիության և քայլերի վճռական զսպմանն ուղղված կոչեր» (չակերտները Tert.am-ի)։

«Տարածաշրջանում անջատողականության խթանումը ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն դասեր չի քաղում պատմությունից»,- նշել է Բաքուն։

«Ծիծաղելի է պնդել, որ Ադրբեջանը սպառնում է ուժ կիրառել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, որը ագրեսիա է իրականացրել Ադրբեջանի դեմ՝ հակադրվելով ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությանը և միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին ու սկզբունքներին, որը չի դադարեցրել օկուպացիան՝ անտեսելով ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի 4 բանաձևերը»,- ասված է Բաքվի հայտարարության մեջ։

Բաքուն Երևանի հասցեի նաև մեղադրանք է հնչեցրել՝ նշելով, թե «մի երկրի համար, որը արտաքսել է ողջ ադրբեջանական բնակչությանը ոչ միայն օկուպացված ադրբեջանական տարածքներից, այլև Հայաստանից, բացարձակապես անհիմն է պնդել, թե Ադրբեջանը իբր մտադիր է «էթնիկ զտումներ» իրականացնել Ադրբեջանի Ղարաբաղի շրջանում բնակվող հայերի նկատմամբ» (չակերտները Tert.am-ի)։

«Ադրբեջանը մտադիր է ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ քայլերը տեղի հայ բնակիչների վերաինտեգրման ուղղությամբ»,- հավելել է Բաքուն։

«Այսպիսով, լավ կլինի, որ հայկական կողմը, խաղաղարար ջանքերին խոչընդոտելու, կեղծ ու սուտ հայտարարություններ անելու փոխարեն, խոսքով ու գործով ընդունի մեր երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և ինքնիշխանությունը»,- հայտնել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը։

Ալիևը Լաչինում հայտարարել էր, թե «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը պետք է հիմնված լինի միջազգային պայմանների վրա, պետք է բացվի Նախիջևան տանող ճանապարհը, և հայկական զորքը պետք է դուրս գա Արցախից» (չակերտները Tert.am-ի)։

«Սրանք են մեր պայմանները, և այդ պայմանների մասին ես հայտարարում եմ այստեղ ՝ Լաչին քաղաքում։ Թող չմոռանան, որ այստեղից նաև երևում են Հայաստանի գյուղերը»,- սպառնացել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահը։
