«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի գործունեության երաշխիքների մասին» oրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 209-րդ հոդվածով` կարգադրում եմ.
