«Հայաքվե» օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը միացած կառույցներն ու անհատները շարունակում են հանդիպումներն աջակիցների խմբերի հետ

«Հայաքվե» օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը միացած կառույցներն ու անհատները շարունակում են հանդիպումներն աջակիցների խմբերի հետ։ Երեկ ընդլայնված կազմով կայացավ հերթական հանդիպումը, որին ներկա էր շուրջ 200 մասնակից։ Հանդիպումն սկսվեց օրենքի նախագծի ներկայացումից, հնչեցվեցին դրա հիմնավորումները, նախագծի իրականացման հիմնական փուլերը։
 
 Ո՞րն է «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության էությունը
Այն փաստացի Արցախի ինքնորոշման մերժումը քրեականացնող օրենքի նախագիծ է, որը կյանքի է կոչվելու Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների կամարտահայտության միջոցով։ Հիշեցնենք՝ դրանով ծանր պատիժ է նախատեսվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անունից Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչող և Հայոց ցեղասպանության նշանակությունը նսեմացնող գործողությունների համար։
 
 Ո՞րն է հիմնավորումը
Նախաձեռնողները հիմք են ընդունում ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագիրը, ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը և ՀՀ Գերագույն Խորհրդի՝ 1992թ․ հուլիսի 8-ի որոշումը։
 
 Ինչպե՞ս է կազմակերպվելու Հայաքվեն
Նախաձեռնության նախապատրաստական լայնածավալ փուլից հետո՝ երկու շաբաթ անց, նախաձեռնող խումբը դիմելու է ԿԸՀ, որից հետո էլ սահմանվելու է 60-օրյա ժամկետ՝ քվեարկություն-ստորագրահավաքը կազմակերպելու համար։ 50 հազար ստորագրությունը թույլ կտա օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացնել ՀՀ ԱԺ։
 
 Ի՞նչ աշխատանքներ են կատարվել
 
Ձևավորվել է հանրային հաղորդակցության թիմն ու գործիքակազմը։
 
Մի շարք կազմակերպություններ ու շարժումներ պատրաստականություն են հայտնել կնքել համագործակցության հուշագիր։
 
200-ից ավել անհատներ կամավորագրվել են կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներին։
 
Առանձնացվել են հիմնական թիրախային խմբերը։
 
Քննարկվել են հնարավոր ռիսկերը, հարց ու պատասխանի միջոցով պարզաբանվել է քվեարկության կարգը:
 
Ներկայացվել ու հաստատվել է նախաձեռնության կայացման գործողությունների քարտեզը։
 
Միացեք «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությանը՝ դառնալով դրա անդամ ու շարժիչ ուժը, քանի որ սա համահայկական նախագիծ է՝ առանց որևէ սահմանափակումների կամ կուսակցական պատկանելության։
