Գետի աղտոտման վրա կարող է ազդել մի քանի ընկերություն կամ անհատներ. Ասատուր Առաքելյան

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի բնապահպան Ասատուր Առաքելյանն անկեղծանում է՝  երբեմն, առավոտյան ժամերին ինքն էլ է նկատում փոշի իր ավտոմեքենայի վրա, բայց ասում է՝ «միշտ չէ, որ այդ փոշին արտադրությունից է լինում»։

Շարունակելով թեման՝ Ասատուր Առաքելյանը նշում է, որ ընկերության մոնիտորինգային սարքերը փոշու ավելի մեծ խտանյութ են արձանագրել միջպետական ճանապարհի մոտ տարածքներում, քան կոմբինատի արտադրամասերի մոտակա տարածքներում։ «Ամեն ինչ անում ենք, որպեսզի փոշու ազդեցությունը նվազեցվի շրջակա միջավայրի ու քաղաքի վրա»,-ասում է մեր զրուցակիցն ու ավելացնում, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն  ժամանակակից սարքավորում է պատվիրել՝ «մառախուղային թնդանոթներ» ։

«Այդ թնդանոթներով ջուրը մինչև 120 մետր հեռավորության վրա կմղվի, դրանք կտեղադրվեն հանքի ու քաղաքի միջև, ջրի շիթի միջոցով հանքից եկող փոշին հնարավորինս կնստեցվի»,-ասում է բնապահպանը։

Արտադրությունում աշխատող բնապահպանը ինչո՞վ է տարբերվում մյուս բնապահպաններից՝ հարցնում ենք մասնագիտությամբ կիբեռնետիկ- բնապահպանից։ «Ուղղակի մոտեցումներ են տարբեր, չեմ թաքցնի՝ հակասություններ լինում են․ արտադրությունում աշխատող բնապահպանները փորձում են խնդիրները վերլուծել, տարբերակներ գտնել շրջակա միջավայրը պաշտպանելու համար»,-ասում է Ասատուրը։Կիբեռնտիկի մասնագիտությունը օգնում է բնապահպանի աշխատանքում՝« մշտադիտարկումների սարքերը հասկանալու, տեղադրելու, տվյալները վերլուծելու մեջ»։

Բնապահպան Առաքելյանը զարմանում է, որ տարածաշրջանում կատարվող շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտումը մշտապես կապում են ԶՊՄԿ-ի հետ։ «Օրինակ` գետի աղտոտման վրա  կարող է ազդել մի քանի ընկերություն կամ անհատներ։ Բայց, քանի որ հանքարդյունաբերությամբ զբաղվում է ԶՊՄԿ–ն, ապա սլաքները ուղղվում են կոմբինատի վրա»,-նշում է Ասատուր Առաքելյանը։

Հետաքրքիր զրույցի ընթացքում իրավիճակային խնդիր ենք առաջարկում ԶՊՄԿ-ի բնապահպանին․ մի օր գալիս է աշխատանքի, արձանագրվել է վթար, որը վտանգ է ներկայացնում մարդու առողջության համար ու տնօրինությունը հրահանգել է՝ բնակիչները չպետք է իմանան այդ մասին։ Ի՞նչ կանի Քաջարանում բնակվող Ասատուր Առաքելյանը՝ կլռի՞։ Պատասխանը կտրուկ էր՝ նման իրավիճակ հնարավոր չէ։ 

Մշտադիտարկման, կանաչապատման, տնկարանային բաժիններ,  տարբեր մասնագետներ՝ մոտ 50 հոգի․ ԶՊՄԿ-ի բնապահպանության բաժինն է ներկայացնում Ասատուր Առաքելյանը։ Պատմում է՝  ստուգայցների ընթացքում վեր են հանվում այն խնդիրները,  որոնք ռիսկ են ներկայացնում կամ ունեն ազդեցություն։ Հետո դրանք քննարկվում են ԶՊՄԿ–ի այլ ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների հետ ու համատեղ  ամենօրյա աշխատանքի  արդյունքում՝ փնտրելով լուծումներ՝  կառավարելի են դարձնում  բոլոր ռիսկերը, ինչպես նաև նվազեցնում են ազդեցությունները շրջակա միջավայրի վրա։

Ընկերության բնապահպանը հորդորում է՝ չհավատալ ասեկոսեներին, և Սյունիքում տեղի ունեցող շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտման դեպքերը չկապել ԶՊՄԿ-ի հետ։ «Մենք պատասխանատո՞ւ ենք ամեն ինչի համար»,-ասում է Ասատուր Առաքելյանը և  վստահեցնում՝ միշտ էլ ապրելու և արարելու է Քաջարանում։
