Արցախը չի ընդունել և չի ընդունելու այն մոտեցումները, որոնք այսօր ներկայացվել են ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող իշխանությունների պահվածքն ու դիրքորոշումը՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի համար ճակատագրական հարցերում Ադրբեջանի ցանկություններին անվերապահ ենթարկվելու տրամաբանությամբ, անընդունելի են:

Վերջին տարիների ընթացքում բազմաթիվ են եղել Արցախի պետականությունը կասկածի տակ դնելու ՀՀ իշխանությունների անհասկանալի քայլերը: Մեզ հասանելի խողովակներով փորձել ենք զգուշացնել նման վարքագծի կործանարար հետևանքների մասին:

Ցավով ենք նշում, որ մեր զգուշացումները սթափեցնող ազդեցություն չեն ունեցել: Բազմաթիվ ձախողումների պատճառով այսօր կանգնել ենք տապալված բանակցությունների, աղետաբեր պատերազմի և հիմա էլ՝ հակառակորդի բոլոր պահանջներն ու քմահաճույքները կատարելու պարտադրանքի առջև:

Տևական ժամանակ մենք ձգտել ենք հավատարիմ մնալ հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների քաղաքական վերնախավերի մոտ ձևավորված այն ավանդույթին, որ իրար ներքին գործերին չմիաջամտելը համարվել է քաղաքական կոռեկտության դրսևորում: Սակայն, այն ինչ հնչեցվել է Հայաստանի գործող վարչապետի կողմից այսօր, սասանել է հայկական պետականության հիմքերը, մասնավորապես, խախտելով համայն հայության իրավունքների պաշտպանը հանդիսանելու պարտավորությունը:

Մեր նախնիների դարավոր պայքարի և այդ հիմքի վրա ձևավորված արցախյան ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի շնորհիվ վեր է խոյացել ազգային արժանապատվության նոր որակ, որը նսեմացնելու իրավունք ոչ ոք չունի, անկախ իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ու դիրքից:

Ոչ ոք բարոյական իրավունք չունի որոշելու մեր ու մեր զավակների ապագան: Արցախը չի ընդունել և չի ընդունելու այն մոտեցումները, որոնք այսօր ներկայացվել են ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից և, ինչպես նախկինում է պայքարել, այնպես էլ հիմա, բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով պայքարելու է իր հայրենիքում արժանապատիվ ապրելու իրավունքի համար:

Հավատում ենք, որ ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, այնպես էլ այսօր համայն հայությունը կլինի Արցախի ժողովրդի կողքին:
