«Հույս ունեմ, որ իրավական համակարգն ու դատարանն իրավիճակն ավելորդ չեն թեժացնի». Մեսրոպ Առաքելյան

«Իրավիճակը բավականին հուզական է, ցավում եմ, որ պատերազմից հետո դեռեւս շարունակվում է նման մթնոլորտը երկրում»,-այս մասին այսօր Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրի մոտ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը։

Վարչապետի որդու՝ Աշոտ Փաշինյանին ենթադրյալ առեւանգման համար մեղադրվող զոհված զինծառայողի մոր՝ Գայանե Հակոբյանի կալանքի միջնորդության դատական նիստն էր այսօր Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում։ Դատարանը որոշումը կհրապարակի վաղը։

 Ի աջակցություն Գայանե Հակոբյանի դատարանի բակում բազմաթիվ մարդիկ էին հավաքվել։ Առաքելյանն իրավիճակի մասին ասաց՝ օրենքի գերակայությունը Հայաստանում այլընտրանք չունի, սակայն, ցավոք երբեմն ստեղծվում են իրավիճակներ, որոնք, իհարկե օրենքի շրջանակներում, պետք է փորձել մեղմել, օրինակ՝ այս օրերի լարվածությունը։

«Ես իրավական գնահատական տալուց զերծ կմնամ։ Դա իրավապահների գործառույթն է, բայց ամեն դեպքում, չենք կարող կտրվել այսօրվա իրականությունից։ Անհնար է փորձել գնահատական տալ, թե զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողներն ինչ են զգում, այս զգացողություններն ու ցասումն ինչպես են արտահայտում։ Ընդամենը հույս ունեմ, որ իրավական համակարգն ու դատարանն իրավիճակն ավելորդ չեն թեժացնի»,-ասաց Առաքելյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ առնվազն առկա տեղեկատվության հիման վրա կարող է եզրակացնել, որ Գայանե Հակոբյանին կալանավորելու անհրաժեշտություն նման միջադեպի համար չկա․ «Այսինքն, գործի հետագա քննությունը հնարավոր է նաեւ առանց կալանքի»։

Ըստ Առաքելյանի, պետական կառույցները, իշխանության տարբեր թեւերը, հասարակությունը, քաղաքական դաշտը, հանրային դաշտում հեղինակություն ունեցող անձինք պարտավոր են անել առավելագույնը, որպեսզի նման միջադեպեր եւ մթնոլորտ քիչ լինի երկրում։
