Փոթորիկ մեկ բաժակ ջրում, կամ ինչպես վարկաբեկել լավ նախաձեռնութունը

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը հրաշալի և չափազանց կարևոր մի կրթական նախաձեռնություն է սկսել «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի հետ, ինչն էլ առիթ է տվել մամուլի որոշ միջոցների վայնասուն կապել և Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողնաշարը համարվող կոմբինատին մեղադրել ոչ միայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությանը, այլ նաև նրա կնոջը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանին մուծվելու մեջ։ Մի կողմ թողնենք, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությանն է մուծվում, այլ Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեին և այնպիսի ահռելի գումարներ, որպիսին որևէ այլ ընկերություն ընդհանրապես չի մուծել իր պատմության ընթացքում։

ԶՊՄԿ-ի բարեգործական հիմնադրամը 27 միլիոն դրամ է փոխանցել Աննա Հակոբյանի «Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամին։ Բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանելով նվիրատվութունը՝ նշել է , թե դա նվիրատվություն չի եղել, այլ քվանտային ֆիզիկայի բնագավառում համատեղ կրթական ծրագիր, որի մասին, ի դեպ, հրապարակային հայտարարվել էր շաբաթներ առաջ։ Մագիստրոսական ծրագրով ուղղված այդ թվում ռազմարդյունաբերության ոլորտի համար որակյալ մասնագետներ պատրաստելուն, տարեկան 12-15 երիտասարդ հնարավորություն կունենան ուսանելու արտերկրում և Հայաստանի համար կարևորագույն գիտական ճյուղ զարգացնելու։

«Բնականաբար որոշել ենք աջակցել ծրագրին, ինչպես և աջակցում ենք տասնյակ այլ կրթական կարևոր ծրագրերի, տասնյակ այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ»,- ասել է ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրենը։

«Իմ քայլը» հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Դավիթ Մկրտչյանն էլ նշել է, թե ապրիլին ստորագրել են համագործակցության հուշագիր, որով նախատեսվում է համատեղ ջանքերով իրականացնել կրթական ծրագրեր։ Դրա շրջանակներում ԶՊՄԿ հիմնադրամը 50 միլիոն դրամ պետք է հատկացնի քվանտային և մեզոսկոպիկ ֆիզիկայի մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագրին։ Ընդ որում փոխանցումն իրականացվելու է 3 փուլով և առայժմ իրականացվել է միայն 27 միլիոն դրամի փոխանցումը։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ ընկերությունն է և նմանատիպ ծրագրեր իրականացնում է ոչ միայն գործող իշխանությունների, այլև նախկին բոլոր իշխանությունների օրոք, սկսած անկախությունից։ Իշխանությունները երբեք էլ մնայուն չեն, փոխվում են, նորերն են գալիս, կարող է հաղթել ընդդիմությունը, սակայն կրթությունը, հատկապես նման կարևորագույն ոլորտում, ինչպիսին քվանտային և մեզոսկոպիկ ֆիզիկան է, մնայուն արժեք է, և փոխանակ հանրության որոշ շերտեր ուրախանան, որ նման կարևորագույն ծրագիր է իրականացվում, ընդհակառակը, փնովում և վարկաբեկում են։ Ի դեպ կրթական բազմաթիվ հիմնադրամներ էլ ղեկավարում են տարբեր երկրների ղեկավարների կանայք և որևէ խնդիր չկա, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն հենց ծրագիր է իրականացնում Աննա Հակոբյանի գլխավորած հիմնադրամի հետ։
