«Ճերմակ հիվանդանոց»-ը աճուրդով օտարելու ժամկետը լրացել է, մտավախություն կա, որ այն ցածր գնով կփորձեն վաճառել․ Գյումրու «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար

Գյումրու ավագանին ընդունել էր որոշում «Ճերմակ հիվանդանոց» տեղական նշանակության հուշարձան շենքը աճուրդով օտարելու վերաբերյալ։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում Գյումրու «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Կարեն Մալխասյանը նշեց, որ հետևողական է լինելու «Ճերմակ հիվանդանոցի» աճուրդի մեկնարկային գնի նկատմամբ։

««Ճերմակ հիվանդանոց»-ը տեղական նշանակության հուշարձան է, Գյումրու ավագանին որոշ ժամանակ առաջ որոշում էր ընդունել օտարելու վերաբերյալ, որին մեր խմբակցությունը, իհարկե դեմ էր քվեարկել։ Նախքան այդ, այն պետք է վարձակալության տրվեր, դրա համար հանրային լսումներ էին հայտարարվել, երեք կազմակերպություններ դիմել էին վարձակալության վերցնելու համար, բայց շենքը չտրամադրվեց նրանց։ Դրանից 6-7 ամիս հետո որոշում կայացվեց  աճուրդով օտարել այն։ Ինքս 3 անգամ այս հարցով գրություններ եմ ուղարկել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն, այնտեղից, սակայն, պարզաբանեցին, որ քանի շենքը  չօտարվող հուշարձանների ցանկում ընդգրկված չէ, հետևաբար օտարելը օրենքի խախտում չէ»,- ասաց Մալխասյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ աճուրդի մեկնարկային գինը սահմանվել  1,100,000,000 դրամը, իսկ աճուրդի օրը սահմանվել էր երեկ՝ մայիսի 15-ին, սակայն ոչ ոք հայտ չի ներկայացրել։

«Մեր մտահոգությունն այն է, որ այս մի քանի ամիսների ընթացքում դեպքեր ենք ունեցել, որ հայտարարվել է աճուրդ, բայց մասնակցություն չի եղել, և դա հիմք է հանդիսացել, որ հետագայում գույքի գինը իջեցվի։ Ենթադրելի էր, որ նույն իրավիճակը կարող է հիմա էլ լինել։ Հետևաբար ես հետևողական եմ լինելու, որ որևէ մեխանիզմներ չկիրառվեն։ Սա մեծ գումար է ու ամեն մեկը չէ, որ կարող է մասնակցել այս աճուրդին, հետևաբար ուշադիր եմ լինելու, որ շենքը էժան գնով գնելու փորձեր չլինեն։ Մենք կողմ ենք և՛ վարձակալությանը, և՛ շենքը համայնքի վերահսկողության տակ պահելուն։ «Ճերմակ հիվանդանոց»-ը գտնվում է քաղաքի կենտրոնում, մենք չունենք պատկերասրահ, այն կարող է  ծառայել որպես պատկերասրահ կամ թանգարան»,- ասաց Կարեն Մալխասյանը։  

Գյումրու «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության ղեկավարն ընդգծեց, որ ավագանու որոշումը չի բխում համայնքի բարօրությունից և շահից։
