Կիպրոսը պատրաստ է ստանձնել Հայաստանի փաստաբանի դերը Եվրամիությունում․ Սիմոնյանը հանդիպել է դեսպանին

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը մայիսի 16-ին ընդունել է Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Կիպրոս Գիորգալիսին: ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի եւ Կիպրոսի միջեւ ձեւավորված միջպետական եւ բազմոլորտ հարաբերությունները: Նա երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Կիպրոսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի գործընկերներին 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 6-ին «Հայերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ագրեսիան եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ընթացիկ իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ» բանաձեւի միաձայն ընդունման համար, փոխանցում են ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պաշտոնական կայքից։

Հանդիպմանն ընդգծվել է երկու խորհրդարաններում գործող համագործակցության հանձնաժողովների դերը՝ կարեւորելով օրեր առաջ ՀՀ ԱԺ Հայաստան-Կիպրոս միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հայկ Կոնջորյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը Կիպրոս: Բարձր է գնահատվել միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպությունների խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովների շրջանակներում բարեկամ երկրների պատվիրակությունների միջեւ սերտ եւ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունն ու փոխաջակցությունը: «Կիպրոս կատարած իմ պաշտոնական այցից մի միտք է տպավորվել, երբ գործընկերներս ասացին, որ Կիպրոսը պատրաստ է ստանձնել Հայաստանի փաստաբանի դերը Եվրամիությունում»,- նշել է Ալեն Սիմոնյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանը եւս պատրաստ է աջակցել Կիպրոսին:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել 2023 թվականի ընթացքում Կիպրոսում Հայաստանի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություն բացելու կառավարության որոշմանը: Այս համատեքստում խորհրդարանի նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ փոխադարձության սկզբունքով Կիպրոսը Հայաստանում նույնպես ներկայացուցչություն կբացի:

Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը ողջույններ է փոխանցել Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի նախագահ Անիտա Դիմիտրիուին՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ նրան շուտով կհյուրընկալի Հայաստանում:
