Կարող եմ ենթադրել, որ ինչ-որ մի հերթական զիջման ներքո է ադրբեջանական կողմը թույլ տվել, որ էս ինքնաթիռը թռիչք կատարի․ Վահե Հակոբյան

Այսօր շուրջ վեց տարվա դադարից հետո առաջին անգամ Կապանի «Սյունիք» օդանավակայանում օդանավ վայրէջք կատարեց։ Թռիչքը, ինչպես տեղեկացրել են Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեից, տեխնիկական էր։ Օդանավակայանում առաջին թռիչքը տեղի է ունեցել 2017 թվականին։ Այդ թվականին Սյունիքի մարզպետ Վահե Հակոբյանը Hayastan.news-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այն ժամանակ, երբ օդանավակայանը կառուցվեց, դա ընդհանուր մարզի զարգացման տրամաբանության մեջ էր։

«Երբ ողջունվեց էդ գաղափարը և՛ կառավարության կողմից, այդ թվում՝ այն ժամանակվա վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի, և՛ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից, բացառապես բոլոր ֆինանսական հոգսերը իր վրա վերցրեց Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը։ Եւ ո՛չ թե վերականգնվեց օդանավակայանը, այլ նորից կառուցվեց զրոյից։ Դա պետք է նույնպես փաստենք, որ էնտեղ առհասարակ որևէ շինություն, որը պիտանի կլիներ ապագա օդանավակայանի շահագործմանը, չկար։ Եւ թռիչքուղին, որը երկարեց 250 մետրով, և՛ ադմինիստրատիվ շենք ու օժանդակ կառույցները կառուցվեցին զրոյից»,-ասաց Վահե Հակոբյանը։

-Իսկ ինչո՞ւ դրանից հետո չշահագործվեց օդանավակայանը, և ինչպե՞ս եղավ, որ այսօր որոշեցին շահագործել։

-Հետո եղավ պատերազմը, և մեր կողմից ազատագրված հողերը, որ հանձնվեցին, ադրբեջանցիները մինչ օրս կանգնած են այդ հողերի վրա՝ օդանավակայանի գլխին, և իրենց դիրքերն ավելի բարձր են։ Եւ էստեղ կարող եմ ենթադրել, որ ինչ-որ մի հերթական զիջման ներքո է ադրբեջանական կողմը թույլ տվել, որ էս ինքնաթիռը թռիչք կատարի։ Ես ուրիշ բացատրություն չունեմ, որովհետև մինչև այսօր իրենք ահ ու սարսափով էին մոտենում, առհասարակ, որևէ թռիչքի։

-Այսինքն՝ Դուք կարծում եք, որ այս թռիչքն ադրբեջանցիների հետ համաձայնեցվա՞ծ է։

-Ես չեմ բացառում նաև այդպիսի մի հանցավոր պայմանավորվածություն, բայց պետք է սպասենք, տեսնենք, թե ինչի դեմ են ադրբեջանցիները համաձայնել։

-Իսկ եթե համարենք, որ որևէ դավադրություն չկա, և ոչ մի զիջման դիմաց չի կայացվել այս որոշումը, սա կարո՞ղ ենք համարել լավ, դրական փաստ, որ փորձում են, ի վերջո, օդանավակայանը շահագործել վեց տարվա դադարից հետո։

-Այն պետք է դեռ 2018-19 թվականից շահագործվեր։ Եթե հիշում եք, պետք է տոմսերը դոտացիոն այն ժամանակ բոլոր սոցիալական շերտերի համար՝ ուսանողներ կլինեին, թոշակառուներ և այլն, բայց դա պետք է շահագործվեր գոնե պատերազմից արդեն առաջ։ Եւ մենք հատուկ ընտրել և գնել էինք հենց այդ օդանավը՝ L410-ը այն հանգամանքներից ելնելով, որ ինքը պահանջում է կարճ վազքուղի և ոչ ասֆալտե կամ բետոնե ծածկ։ Իրենք, կարծում եմ, էստեղ հետապնդում են միմիայն քաղաքական դիվիդենտ։
