Մենք կանխել ենք ամենասարսափելին. Արթուր Վանեցյանը՝ 1 տարի առաջ նախաձեռնած շարժման մասին

«Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը հարցազրույց է տվել 24News-ին՝ անդրադառնալով 1 տարի առաջ Ազատության հրապարակում նախաձեռնած շարժմանը։

Հարցուպատասխանը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

-Պարո՛ն Վանեցյան, մեկ տարի առաջ՝ այս օրը, Դուք Ազատության հրապարակում ակցիա սկսեցիք: Ընդդիմության մի քանի ամիս շարունակվող ակցիաներն այդպես էլ որևէ արդյունք չտվեցին, ինչն էլ հետագայում պատճառ դարձավ, որ Ձեզ մեղադրեն այն բանի մեջ, որ ընդդիմադիր շարժումը տապալել եք։ Այսօր, երբ հետահայաց նայում եք, Դուք ինքներդ Ձեզ հարց տվե՞լ եք՝ արժե՞ր արդյոք նախաձեռնել այդ ակցիան, որն ի վերջո տապալվելու էր։

-Ես համամիտ չեմ հնչած գնահատականի հետ, և դա համարում եմ սխալ։ Ակցիան նախաձեռնելով՝ անձամբ ես խնդիր եմ ունեցել՝ կանխելու այն վերահաս վտանգը, որ կախված էր Հայաստանի և Արցախի գլխին։  

Այսօր արդեն կասկած չկա, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, առանց որևէ փաստաթուղթ ստորագրելու, պարզապես բանավոր համաձայնությամբ իրականացնում է սահմանների դեմարկացիա։ Այսինքն՝ առանց քարտեզների ճշգրտման, առանց դելիմիտացիայի, տեղում սահմաններ են անցկացնում։ Սա փաստ է և նույնիսկ քննարկման ենթակա չէ։

Այո, այդ գործընթացն ուղեկցվում է նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի ցուցադրությամբ, երբեմն կիրառմամբ, որի արդյունքում ցավոք գրանցվում են նաև մարդկային զոհեր, բայց կրկնում եմ՝ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ համաձայնեցված՝ իրականացվում է սահմանների դեմարկացիա։ 

Ես վստահ եմ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախորդ տարի պատրաստվում էր այս ամենն անել` փաստաթուղթ ստորագրելով։ Այսինքն՝ ճիշտ է՝ այսօր Հայաստանը ստիպված է բավարարել Ադրբեջանի ախորժակն ու համակերպվել մեր երկրի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի առանձին հատվածների օկուպացիայի հետ, բայց եթե մենք նախորդ տարի դուրս չգայինք փողոց ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առանց դիմադրության ստորագրեր իրեն պարտադրվող փաստաթուղթը, մենք այսօր կունենայինք ոչ թե օկուպացիայի փաստ, այլ մի իրավիճակ, որ Հայաստանն իր տարածքները փաստաթղթավորված հանձնել է Ադրբեջանին։ Սա է իրականությունը։ 

Ես ընդունում եմ մեղադրանքները, որ մեզ չի հաջողվել լուծել գլխավոր խնդիրներից մեկը՝ Փաշինյանին հեռացնել իշխանությունից, բայց հեռացումը չի կարող ինքնանպատակ լինել։ Մեր նպատակը Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության ապահովումն է։ Այսինքն՝ այն, որ մեզ չի հաջողվել Փաշինյանին հեռացնել, դեռ չի նշանակում, որ իմ և իմ գործընկերների ակցիան տապալվել է։ Ընդհակառակը, այն լուծել է նվազագույն, բայց ամենաառանցքային խնդիրը՝ թույլ չի տվել, որ ազգադավ իշխանությունը հատի անդառնալի կետը՝ Հայաստանի վզին փաթաթվող ստորացուցիչ իրավիճակն արձանագրի փաստաթղթով։ Սրանով հանդերձ ես հասկանում եմ, որ մեզ ընդամենը հաջողվել է կանխել ամենասարսափելին, ինչը չի նշանակում, որ սպառնալիքները վերացել են։ ԸՆդհակառակը, սպառնալիքները կան, խնդիրները կան, և մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ դրանք լուծվեն։
