Հանգրվանել է մարզպետի հետ սերտ համագործակցության դաշտում․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

2017 թ. «Ազդարարման համակարգի» մասին օրենքի նախագիծը «գործ տալու» ինստիտուտի ներդրում անվանած, ՀՅԴ ցուցակով Արմավիրի մարզից ԱԺ 6-րդ գումարման պատգամավոր ընտրված Անդրանիկ Կարապետյանը, որը 2021 թ. ընտրությունների ժամանակ հանդես էր գալիս արմատական ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից, այժմ հարմարավետ հանգրվանել է Արմավիրի մարզպետ Էդուարդ Հովհաննիսյանի հետ համագործակցության դաշտում։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, վերջինս էլ իր հերթին, լինելով իշխող ուժի կողմից նշանակված մարզպետ, առաջին անգամը չէ, որ աչքի է ընկնում ընդդիմադիր հայացքներով անձանց հետո սերտ «բարեկամությամբ»։ Համաձայն Արմավիրի մարզում շրջանառվող լուրերի, դաշնակցական նախկին պատգամավորը, որը սերտ հարաբերությունների մեջ է մարզպետ Հովհաննիսյանի հետ, վերջերս Էջմիածին քաղաքի Կարճիկյան 1 հասցեում բարձրահարկ շենքեր կառուցելու շինթույլտվություններ է ստացել նաև մարզպետի՝ կառավարության մի շարք օղակներում ակտիվ լոբբինգի արդյունքում։

Արմավիրում ուշադրություն են հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ քպական մարզպետը նույն ջանասիրությամբ չի աջակցել, օրինակ՝ Անդրանիկ Կարապետյանի տարածքի հարևանությամբ կառուցվող շենքերի համար: Թե ինչու, կարելի է միայն ենթադրել։
