3dnews.ru-ն գրում է, որ այսօր Գերմանիայի իշխանությունները՝ ի դեմս էկոնոմիկայի դաշնային նախարար Ռոբերտ Հաբեկի, ներկայացրել են երկրում արևային էներգիայի արագացված զարգացման ռազմավարությունը։

Ռազմավարությունը հիմնված է բյուրոկրատական ​​խոչընդոտների նվազեցման և այն կանոնների մեղմացման վրա, որոնք սահմանափակում են սովորական քաղաքացիների կողմից արևային մարտկոցների ինքնուրույն տեղադրումը և դրանց միացումը: Իշխանությունների խնդիրն է մինչև 2030 թվականը վերականգնվող աղբյուրներից էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառումը հասցնել մինչև 80 տոկոսի։
Նոր ռազմավարության մեջ առավել նշանակալից ոլորտները կլինեն ցամաքային արևային էներգիայի արտադրության համակարգերի ընդլայնումը և տանիքների վրա ֆոտոգալվանային համակարգերի տեղադրման պարզեցումը: Այս առումով կպարզեցվեն վարձակալներին և կոմունալ շենքերին էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարելու կանոնները։ Այդ նպատակների համար արդեն իսկ ձեռնարկվել են մի շարք օրենսդրական միջոցառումներ, թեև ընդհանուր առմամբ դա դեռ բավարար չէ, խոստովանում են իրենք՝ իշխանությունները։

Որպեսզի քաղաքացիները ակտիվորեն արևային էլեկտրակայաններ տեղադրեն պատշգամբների և շենքերի ճակատների վրա, նախատեսվում է կա՛մ մեղմացնել, կա՛մ նույնիսկ չեղարկել խիստ հաշվետվության կարգը։ Կայանը ձեր տան էլեկտրական վարդակին միացնելը պետք է նույնքան հեշտ լինի, որքան նույն վարդակից օգտվելը: Նաև «միացված արևային վահանակները» կներառվեն գերմանական համատիրության մասին օրենսդրության մեջ, ինչպես նաև Գերմանիայի քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի արտոնյալ միջոցառումների ցանկում, ինչը թույլ չի տա, որ ֆոտովոլտային կայանները անտեսվեն շահագործման ընթացքում և նոր բնակելի շենքերի կառուցման ժամանակ:

Բացի այդ, կբարձրացվի «պատշգամբում» արևային մարտկոցների օգտագործման թույլատրելի առավելագույն շեմը՝ 600 վտ հզորության շեմը։ Ժամանակավորապես, մինչև էլեկտրական հաշվիչի փոխարինումը, կթույլատրվեն հետհաշվարկով հաշվիչներ։ Միաժամանակ հաշվիչների փոխարինման ժամանակը պետք է կրճատվի։
Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը ցանկանում է մինչև 2035 թվականը չեզոքացնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ոլորտը ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների նկատմամբ։ Վերականգնվող էներգիայի մասին օրենքը սահմանում է 215 ԳՎտ տեղադրված ֆոտովոլտային հզորության միջանկյալ թիրախ մինչև 2030 թվականը: Դրա համար ֆոտոգալվանային հզորության տարեկան ընդլայնումը պետք է եռապատկվի մինչև 22 ԳՎտ-ի մինչև 2026 թվականը։ Բյուրոկրատական ​​խոչընդոտների կրճատումը տանիքի արևային վահանակները կդարձնի նորմ, իսկ ինքնաբավ քաղաքացիների համար օգուտների ընդլայնումը շարժմանը զանգվածային բնույթ կհաղորդի:
