Ի՞նչ ենթատեքստ ունի նախկին քաղաքապետի նոր նշանակումը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը նշանակվել է վարչապետի խորհրդական: Հայաստանում վաղուց է «ավանդույթ» դարձել, որ հրաժարական ներկայացրած պաշտոնյաները հաճախ նշանակվում են երկրի ղեկավարների (նախագահ կամ վարչապետ) խորհրդական: Սակայն այս նշանակումն ուշագրավ է այն առումով, որ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից անմիջապես հետո քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնվեց քաղաքապետարանի մի շարք պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ՝ այնպիսի գործերով, որոնք առնչվում էին հենց Սարգսյանի պաշտոնավարման շրջանին:

Մասնավորաբար, մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել ՔՊ անդամ, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի՝ կարգավիճակ չունեցող գույքերի բաժնի պետ Տարոն Միրոյանին, Ճարտարապետության և քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետի ԺՊ Դավիթ Դալլաքյանին, ինչպես նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Սեյրան Մեջլումյանին, որը 2 օր առաջ էր դիմում գրել և ազատվել աշխատանքից: Ինչ վերաբերում է Սարգսյանին, ապա այս նշանակմամբ հնարավոր է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է մեսիջ հղել, որ նա «թաթախված» չէ այս ամենի մեջ, և խոսքը «համակարգային կոռուպցիայի» մասին չէ:

Նշենք, որ վերջերս մամուլում տեղեկություններ հայտնվեցին, որ պետական մարմինների մոտ կասկած է հարուցել չինական «Ժոնգ տոնգ» (Jhong Tong) ընկերության և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի միջև ավտոբուսների ձեռք բերման ընթացքը: Ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների, որոշակի շրջանակներում կան տեղեկություններ, որ Միացյալ Էմիրություններում բացված օֆշորային ընկերության հաշիվների վրա «Ժոնգ տոնգի» կողմից կատարվել են «անհասկանալի» փոխանցումներ. դրանք ձևակերպվել են որպես ծառայությունների մատուցում կամ նմանատիպ այլ գործարքներ: Խոսքը հարյուր հազարավոր դոլարների մասին է: Թերթերից մեկը նաև գրել էր, թե «չի բացառվում, որ այս գործի շրջանակները էլի ընդլայնվեն՝ հասնելով միչև Հրաչյա Սարգսյան»:

Ի դեպ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Սարգսյանը անցած տարի նոյեմբերին անակնկալ այց է կատարել ԱՄԷ: Թե ինչ նպատակով է եղել այդ այցը, որքանով է կապված եղել քաղաքապետի բուն գործառույթների հետ, պարզ չէ:
