45-ամյա տղամարդը 5 կրակոց էր արձակել կնոջ հոր, այնուհետև՝ մոր և եղբոր ուղղությամբ

45-ամյա տղամարդը 5 կրակոց էր արձակել կնոջ հոր, այնուհետև՝ մոր և եղբոր ուղղությամբ

 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Արմավիրի մարզի Նալբանդյան գյուղի 45-ամյա բնակչի կողմից իր կնոջ ծնողների սպանության դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները: Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է:

ՔԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով հիմնավորվել է, որ 45-ամյա հիշյալ տղամարդը, իմանալով, որ կնոջ եղբայրը՝ նույն գյուղի 41-ամյա բնակիչը, իր հասցեին վիրավորական արտահայտություններ է հնչեցրել, 2022թ ապրիլի 21-ին՝ ժամը 23:30-00:00-ի սահմաններում, իր ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է նույն գյուղում գտնվող կնոջ ծնողների տան մոտ։ Կնոջ հայրը դուրս է եկել տնից, վիճաբանել նրա հետ, հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել և ձեռքով ու քարերով հարվածել վերջինիս ավտոմեքենային:

Լսելով վիճաբանության ձայները՝ տնից դուրս են եկել նաև 45-ամյա տղամարդու կնոջ մայրն ու եղբայրը: Այդ ընթացքում տղամարդը նախապես իր հետ վերցրած, իր անվամբ հաշվառված «ՄՌ-155» մոդելի, 12 տրամաչափի որսորդական ողորկափող հրացանը ավտոմեքենայում լիցքավորել է 5 փամփուշտով և հիշյալ անձանց ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ 5 կրակոց է արձակել սկզբից կնոջ հոր, այնուհետև՝ մոր և եղբոր ուղղությամբ։

Դրա հետևանքով ստացած՝ կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներից կնոջ հայրը տեղում մահացել է, մայրը՝ տեղափոխվել «Արմավիր» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ ապրիլի 23-ին՝ ժամը 04:10-ի սահմաններում, մահացել է։ Իսկ կնոջ եղբոր սպանությունը, իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով, չի իրագործվել, քանի որ վերջինս գտնվել է տան դարպասների դիմաց կայանած «Գազել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի հետնամասում և ստացել առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող վնասվածքներ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա 45-ամյա տղամարդուն վերջնական մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (Սպանություն երկու կամ ավելի անձանց): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

 

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Քրեական վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և գործը դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
