Երիտասարդ վկան հիշողության հետ «խնդիրներ» ունի՞. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով դատական նիստում երեկ պետք է հրապարակվեր առանցքային վկա Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի նախաքննական ցուցմունքը: Բայց նա հերթական անգամ չէր ներկայացել դատական նիստին։ Եթե մինչ այս Ալիյանը դատական նիստերից խուսափում էր՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե կարևոր հանդիպումների, նիստերի պիտի մասնակցի, այս անգամ հեռախոսով տեղեկացրել էր, թե... մոռացել է, որ դատական նիստ կա նշանակված։ 25 տարեկան երիտասարդի նման «ամնեզիան», սակայն, դատավարության այլ մասնակիցների տպավորությամբ, նույն «հիմքերն» ունի, ինչ «կարևոր» հանդիպումների մասնակցելու հիմնավորմամբ դատական նիստերին չներկայանալը: Ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք, Ալիյանը անհանգստություններ ունի, որ շուտով փոխվելու է իր կարգավիճակը:

Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշել էր, թե Թոռնիկ Ալիյանը հավանաբար հասկանում է, որ ինքը «իշխանության կեղտոտ խաղի զոհն է դարձել և իր հարցաքննությամբ դատարանում ինքն ուղղակի խայտառակ կլինի, ուստիև խուսափում է հրապարակային հարցաքննությունից»: Դրանից մեկ շաբաթ անց Ալիյանը մեկ անգամ ներկայացավ դատարան ու «չեմ հիշում»-ների շարանի (էլի հիշողության խնդիր) արանքում հասցրեց պետական մեղադրանքը փաստացի ամբողջությամբ քանդել: Ավելին, ստիպված էր ընդունել, որ գումարային ողջ խոսակցությունն ինքն է նախաձեռնել: Հնարավոր է՝ այդ նիստն էլ ավելի է մտահոգել Ալիյանին իր հետագա ճակատագրի առումով, ու այս անգամ «խնդիրներ» են ծագել ոչ միայն գործի հանգամանքները, այլև ընդհուպ դատական նիստի օրը հիշելու առումով:

Ի դեպ, երեկ էլ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը այս առումով նշեց. «Քանի որ այս ամբողջ դատական պրոցեսը գործող իշխանությունների կողմից սարքված կեղծիք է, և իրենք Թոռնիկ Ալիյանին օգտագործել են որպես գործիք` այդ կեղծիքը թխելու համար, հիմա ես ենթադրում եմ, որ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանն ուղղակի հասկացել է, որ այս իշխանությունն իրեն օգտագործել է որպես գործիք և մոռացել է իր մասին։ Ինքը ստիպված է իշխանության սարքած կեղտը գալ ու էստեղ իր վրա վերցնել»:
