«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի և Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի նախագահը ՌԴ ղեկավարության նկատմամբ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի որոշման լույսի ներքո մեկնաբանել է Հռոմի ստատուտին միանալու Հայաստանի ծրագրերը .

«Վերջին օրերին ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ են հնչում Ռուսաստանի՝ մասնավորապես երկրի առաջին դեմքերի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցային որոշումների կիրառման հարցում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին աջակցելու ոչ միանշանակ կոչերը։ Նման գործողությունները ուղղակիորեն վտանգում են հայ–ռուսական հարաբերությունները ինչպես տնտեսական, այնպես էլ քաղաքական, ռազմական և մշակութային փոխգործակցության առումով։ Անընդունելի է վտանգել Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի դարավոր բարեկամական կապերը, վտանգել երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների դարավոր գործընկերությունը։

Ռուսաստանն արտաքին տնտեսական և առևտրային հարաբերությունների առաջատար գործընկերն է, երկրի սահմաններին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության երաշխավորը. մեր երկրների միջև բարեկամական կապերը երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կայունության հուսալի հենարանն է: 

Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև բարեկամական, դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների խարխլումը սպառնում է նաև Արցախի անվտանգությանը, որտեղ ռուս խաղաղապահները ապահովում են հանրապետության 120.000 բնակիչների խաղաղությունը:

Հայ գործարարների ասոցիացիայի անունից հորդորում եմ երկրի ղեկավարությանը սթափ գնահատել նման հայտարարությունների բոլոր հնարավոր ռիսկերը և չվտանգել մեր երկրների միջև գործընկերային հարաբերությունները»։
