Ուկրաինայում աճում է արևային մարտկոցների վաճառքը

Topwar.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանի հատուկ ռազմական գործողության շրջանակում Ուկրաինայում անջատվել են էլեկտրաէներգիայի բաշխման համար կարևոր ենթակայանները, ածուխով աշխատող էլեկտրակայանները և էներգետիկ համակարգի այլ կարևոր մասեր: Դա հանգեցրել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի զանգվածային անջատումների, ինչը առաջացրել է բնակելի շենքերում արևային մարտկոցների պահանջարկի աճի:


Սա իրականություն է, որին բախվում են Ուկրաինայում բնապահպանները և այսպես կոչված մաքուր էներգիայի ընկերությունները: Նախկինում վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրները հետաքրքիր էին երկու հատկությունների համատեքստում: Դրանցից առաջինն, իհարկե, շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանությունն է, որի նշանակությունը վերջին տարիներին դանդաղ, բայց հաստատուն կերպով մեծանում է։ Վերականգնվող աղբյուրների երկրորդ կարևոր առավելությունը փողի խնայողությունն է: Չնայած սկզբում պետք է փոխհատուցել տեղադրման ծախսերը, հետագայում ստանում ես ձրի էլեկտրաէներգիա:


Այս պահին շարունակվող ռազմական գործողությունները բացահայտեցին ևս մեկ կարևոր չափանիշ, որն ունեն վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրները՝ կայունությունն ու անկախությունը արտաքին տեխնոգեն և քաղաքական գործոններից։ Համենայնդեպս, դա ընդգծում են իրենք՝ Կիևի ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչները։


«Պատերազմը, մեզ թվում է, ստեղծեց նոր պատկերացում վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների մասին և, հնարավոր է, նաև նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծեց վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների հետագա զարգացման համար», - ասել է Ուկրաինայի Արևային էներգիայի ասոցիացիայի գործադիր տնօրեն Արտեմ Սեմենիշինը:
Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների պատերազմը վերափոխել է համաշխարհային էներգետիկ շուկաները և արագացրել կանաչ տնտեսության անցումը Եվրոպայի հարուստ հատվածներում և ստիպել աղքատ երկրներին վերադառնալ ավելի կեղտոտ վառելիքի, ինչպիսին է ածուխը: Չնայած իրականում ԵՄ-ում չկա կանաչ անցում (և նույնիսկ հակառակը՝ կեղծ բնապահպանների ճնշման տակ փակված ածխով աշխատող էլեկտրակայանները պետք է վերաակտիվացվեն), Ուկրաինայում մարդիկ կարծում են, որ Կիևը, Բրյուսելի հետ միասին, ունի մեծ «կանաչ» ապագան։


Փոքր մարտկոցներով աշխատող արևային վահանակների պահանջարկն այն շրջաններում, որտեղ կան էներգիայի քիչ այլ կենսունակ տարբերակներ կտրուկ աճել է այն բանից հետո, երբ ռուս զինվորականները սկսեցին պայքարել ուկրաինացի ազգայնականների դեմ գյուղերում: Այսօր Ուկրաինայում այդ էներգիայի աղբյուրների պահանջարկը շարունակում է աճել։ Ճիշտ է, պաշտոնյաները չեն ասում, որ այդ էներգիայի աղբյուրները մի շարք թերություններ ունեն։ Հիմնականը եղանակային պայմաններից ուղղակի կախվածությունն է այն ֆոնի վրա, որ ուկրաինական շրջանների մեծ մասը դժվար թե կարելի է վերագրել նրանց, որտեղ արևը անընդհատ է փայլում:
