Փաշինյանական նոր «վախերն» ու ՏՏ ոլորտի մեծ դժգոհությունը․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս տեղի ունեցած «ԴիջիԹեք 2022» տեխնոլոգիական ցուցահանդեսին և «DigiTec Summit 2022» միջազգային համաժողովին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկա չլինելը, մեղմ ասած, աննկատ չմնաց: Արդեն առիթ ունեցել ենք անդրադառնալու այդ իրողությանը՝ նշելով, որ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի մասնակցել համաժողովին, քանի որ ինչ-ինչ անհանգստություններ է ունեցել, ի մասնավորի, որ տարածքում կարող էին որոշակի թվով «ոչ յուրային» մարդիկ լինել, որոնք անախորժ հարցադրումներ կարող էին անել, իրեն անհարմար վիճակի մեջ դնել:

Այս առումով մեզ նոր տեղեկություններ են հայտնի դարձել: Պարզվում է, որ «ԴիջիԹեք 2022»-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ նախապես ծրագրված, ապա անակնկալ չեղարկված ներկայության մանրամասներն է՛լ ավելի հետաքրքրական են: Այն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախապես ցանկացել է ներկա գտնվել տեխնոլոգիական ցուցահանդեսին ու մասնակցել համաժողովին, փաստ է այնքանով, որ նրա «ախրանան» նախապես շրջել է տարածքում՝ որոշակի դժվարություններ հարուցելով ցուցահանդեսի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների համար: Այնտեղ են եղել աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները:

Բայց «շեֆն», այնուամենայնիվ, չի գնացել: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները նախօրոք եկել, «հետախուզել» են ու «շեֆին» զեկուցել, որ դահլիճում «դատարկ տեղեր կան, այսինքն՝ մարդիկ քիչ են, ու այն մարդիկ չեն, որ Փաշինյանի հայտնվելուն պես հոտնկայս պիտի ծափահարեն»: Ստացվում է, որ Փաշինյանը նաև նման «վախ» ունի. որտեղ իրեն հոտնկայս չեն ծափահարում, չի գնում (կհիշեք՝ «ծափ տվե՛ք, արա»-ն, որ մեմ է դարձել): Ամեն դեպքում, «ԴիջիԹեք 2022»-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի չմասնակցելը, այն էլ՝ նման «վախերով» պայմանավորված ներկա չլինելը, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, բավականին լուրջ դժգոհություններ է հարուցել ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների շրջանում, որոնք առանց այդ էլ, շատ մեղմ ասած, դժգոհություններ ունեն օրվա իշխանություններից ու մասնավորաբար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից:

Ավելին, ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները ունեն հիմնավոր կասկածներ, որ «ԴիջիԹեք 2022»-ին ներկա լինելուց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հետ պահելու հարցում որոշ հետաքրքրվածություն է ունեցել նաև նրա ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար, իսկ այժմ՝ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որի ոչ բարեկամական (մեղմ ասած) վերաբերմունքը ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ նորություն չէ: Այդ վերաբերմունքը արտահայտվել է մի շարք օրինակներով, այդ թվում՝ «Արմաթ» լաբորատորիաներին ու դրանց ֆինանսավորմանն առնչվող հարցերում: Այդ առումով էլ են «վախեր» եղել, որ նման վերաբերմունքից դժգոհ «այթիշնիկները» կարող են Փաշինյանին տհաճ հարցեր ուղղել: Ի դեպ, «Արմաթ» լաբորատորիաների հետ կապված իրավիճակն ինքնին բավականին ուշագրավ թեմա է, բայց այդ մասին, ինչպես ասվում է, հաջորդ դասին:
