Արևային մարտկոցներ «պանելային» շենքի վրա. Կալինինգրադի Բաղրամյան 18 հասցեում գտնվող բազմահարկ շենքում սկսել են աշխատել արևային մարտկոցները

Vesti-kaliningrad.ru-ն գրում է, որ Կալինինգրադի Բաղրամյան 18 հասցեում գտնվող բազմահարկ շենքում սկսել են աշխատել արևային մարտկոցները։ Դրանք տեղադրվել են անցյալ տարի, սակայն ամբողջությամբ սկսել են էներգիա տալ բնակիչներին միայն հիմա, երբ փայտամածները հանվել են։

Կապիտալ վերանորոգման հիմնադրամի աշխատակիցները հաշվիչներ են տեղադրել, որոնք կհետևեն, թե իրականում որքան էլեկտրաէներգիա է արտադրվում: Արևային մարտկոցների շնորհիվ առաջին հերթին կլուսավորվեն հանրային տարածքները։

Սեփականության ծախսերը կկրճատվեն: Ինքնին տեղադրման գործընթացը և վահանակների համար հատուկ հաղորդակցությունների ստեղծումը շատ դժվար էր, պետք է ներգրավվեին այլ մարզերի մասնագետներ։

Աշխատանքների համար շրջանային կառավարությունը մոտ 1 մլն ռուբլի է հատկացրել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, արևային մարտկոցները ժամանակի ընթացքում կարող են ծառայել 20-ից 50 տարի, ընդ որում ժամանակին համընթաց դրանք ավելի քիչ էներգիա են արտադրելու։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, էկոլոգիապես մաքուր նման էներգիայի աղբյուրներ կհայտնվեն Կալինինգրադի մարզի այլ «պանելային» շենքերի վրա:
Կապիտալ վերանորոգման տարածաշրջանային հիմնադրամի գլխավոր տնօրեն Օլեգ Թուրկին.- «Մեր տարածաշրջանում կառուցվում է արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության գործարան՝ ամենամեծը Եվրոպայում։ Մենք տեսնում ենք ինչ-որ համագործակցության հնարավորություններ: Արտադրությունն իրենց կողմից, վաճառքը՝ մեր կողմից։ Մենք ունենք համատեղ ծրագրեր, որոնք այժմ քննարկում ենք և ակնկալում ենք, որ ավելի քան 15 տուն կապահովենք արևային մարտկոցներով: Պատրաստ ենէ ֆինանսավորել, հսկայական ապառիկ տալ մինչև 5 տարի ժամկետով»։

Կալինինգրադի մարզը համարվում է Ռուսաստանի ամենաառաջադեմ շրջաններից մեկը էներգաարդյունավետ կապիտալ վերանորոգման ոլորտում։ Դրա համար Հիմնադրամը լրացուցիչ սուբսիդիա է ստանում։ Վերջին տարիներին դաշնային բյուջեից ստացվել է մոտ 25 մլն ռուբլի։
