Բլեֆ՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին ազատելու համար. Նախկին պետնախարարի դեմ նոր արշավ են սկսել

Շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ է, ինչ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ազատվել է Արցախի պետնախարարի պաշտոնից, սակայն Լաչինի միջանցքն այդպես էլ առայժմ փակ է մնում։

Վարդանյանին պաշտոնից ազատելու միակ արդարացումը կլիներ շրջափակման վերացումը։ Թե՛ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները, և թե՛ ադրբեջանական վարչախումբը տևական ժամանակ պնդում և իրենց ենթակա լրատվամիջոցների հետ միասին տեղեկություններ էին տարածում, թե Լաչինի միջանցքը փակվել է բացառապես Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին պետնախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակելու հետևանքով և կբացվի հենց նրան հեռացնեն այդ պաշտոնից։

Վարդանյանի պաշտոնանկությունից արդեն 7 օր անց դեռևս Լաչինի միջանցքը գտնվում է նույն փակ վիճակում, իսկ Արցախի 120 հազար բնակիչները շարունակում են կրել այդ շրջափակման զրկանքները, ինչը վկայում է, որ Վարդանյանին պետնախարարի պաշտոնից հեռացնելու, նրա համար իբր լեգիտիմ հիմքեր և քարոզչական տրյուկներ որոնելու փորձերը իրականում սովորական բլեֆ էին և Արցախում ընթացող ներքին գզվրտոցի դրսևորումներ։

Ի վերջո, Արցախի իշխանությունները ազատվեցին Ռուբեն Վարդանյանից, որն ընդամենը կարճ ժամամանակահատվածում կարողացել էր կասեցնել բազմաթիվ բացասական երևույթներ, ինչպես իր խոսքում նշել էր՝ շատերին զրկել էր պետական գանձարանը թալանելու հնարավորությունից։ Փոխարենը, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը պետնախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակել է նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանին, ով էլ ձեռնամուխ է եղել Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի 110 օրվա ընթացքում ցուցաբերած արդյունավետ կառավարման մեթոդները քննադատելու գործերին։

Երեկ նա խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել, քննադատել է Արցախի շրաջափակման հետևանքների մեղմման նպատակով հումանիտար բեռների տեղափոխման կազմակերպման եղանակներն ու մեթոդները։ Թեև նախկին պետնախարարի անունը չի նշվում, սակայն տողատակով կարելի է հասկանալ, որ Արցախում նախագահի և պետնախարարի մակարդակով և նրանց սպասարկուների դրդմամբ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դեմ հակաքարոզչությունը շարունակվում է։

Ըստ երևույթին, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը չի հանգստանում՝ մտածելով, որ նույնիսկ պաշտոնից ազատված Վարդանյանը լուրջ վտանգ է ներկայացնում թե՛ իր իշխանությանը և թե՛ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի գոյությանը։
