Գիտնականները էլեկտրոնային գաջեթների համար ստեղծել են երկարատև աշխատող արևային մարտկոց

Plus-one.ru-ն գրում է, որ քլորի հավելումները զգալիորեն մեծացրել են պերովսկիտ արևային մարտկոցի կյանքը: Նման սարքի առաջին նախատիպը, որը կարող է ապահովել դյուրակիր համակարգիչների և սմարթֆոնների աշխատանքը 3,5 հազար ժամ առանց հոսանքի այլ աղբյուրի, մշակվել է ռուս և իտալացի ֆիզիկոսների կողմից։

Նոր մարտկոցը ստեղծվել է գիտատեխնիկական համալսարանի և «Մոսկովյան պողպատի և համաձուլվածքների ինստիտուտի» (MISiS) մասնագետների կողմից իտալացի գործընկերների հետ համատեղ։ Գիտնականները ներկայացրել են պերովսկիտների վրա հիմնված երկարաժամկետ աշխատող արևային մարտկոցի նախատիպը՝ ճկուն և թեթև կիսահաղորդիչ, որը լավ կլանում է լույսը։ Նա ուներ միակ թերությունը, որն է երկարատև օգտագործումից հետո օգտակար գործողության գործակցի անկումը: Բայց նորարարությունը ի վիճակի է ապահովել փոքր էլեկտրոնային գաջեթների՝ ժամացույցների, սմարթֆոնների, նոութբուքերի շահագործումը 3,5 հազար ժամվա ընթացքում՝ առանց հզորության զգալի կորստի։ Մասնագետների կարծիքով, մարտկոցի աշխատանքի տևողությունը ձեռք է բերվել ֆոտոշարքը ծածկող պերովսկիտային բարակ թաղանթի բաղադրության մեջ քլորի համաձուլվածքային հավելումների շնորհիվ։ Գիտնականներն արդեն փորձարկել են նախատիպը և համոզվել դրա արդյունավետության մեջ։ Պերովսկիտային թաղանթի մշակումը ցեզիումի քլորիդով երկարացրել է արևային մարտկոցի կյանքը ավելի քան երեք անգամ։ Ֆիզիկոսները վստահ են, որ ապագայում իրենց մշակած էներգիայի աղբյուրների կիրառման շրջանակը զգալիորեն կընդլայնվի:

Նախկինում Plus-one.ru-ն հայտնել էր, որ MISiS-ի մասնագետները մշակել են տեխնոլոգիա, որով արևային մարտկոցները կարող են աշխատել ցանկացած եղանակին։ Միաժամանակ նվազեցրել են ինքնարժեքը և պարզեցրել արտադրությունը։ Պերովսկիտների օգտագործմամբ նոր տեխնոլոգիայի մշակումը շարունակվում է 2015 թվականից։
