Մարտի 1-ին, աշխատանքային օրվա վերջին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից միջնորդություններ էին ներկայացվել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան՝ «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊԸ սեփականատեր Ա․Ա․-ի, ընկերության տնօրեն Ռ․Ա․-ի, գլխավոր հաշվապահ Ս․Ս․-ի, ինչպես նաև առերևույթ հանցավոր մեխանիզմի կիրառմանը տեխնոլոգիական-ծրագրային աջակցություն ցուցաբերած մեկ այլ ՍՊԸ-ի սեփականատեր Վ․Ս․-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից։
 
Դատարանը բավարարել է բոլոր միջնորդությունները, նշված անձանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանամն միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը 2 ամիս ժամկետով։
 
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊ ընկերությունում առերևույթ հարկային չարաշահումներ կատարելու, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ իրացման շրջանառությունն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով նվազ ցույց տալու միջոցով հարկային պարտավորությունները չկատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տնտեսական հանցագործությունների և մաքսանենգությունների քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի ծավալուն նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊԸ սեփականատիրոջը և երկու աշխատակիցներին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքներ կատարելու, իսկ ծրագրային աջակցություն ցոցւաբերած ՍՊԸ սեփականատիրոջը՝ նշված հանցավոր արարքների կատարմանն օժանդակելու համար։
 
Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
