Հարսանիքի հաջորդ օրը գտել են նորապսակների մարմինները

Hraparak.am-ը գրում է. 2020 թվականի փետրվարի 8-ին ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեւորգյանների ընտանիքում։

Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրյան համայնքից է ընտանիքը։ 3 տարի առաջ Գեւորգյանների որդու՝ Դավիթի եւ նրա ընտրյալի՝ Էլմիրա Հակոբյանի հարսանիքն է եղել։ Զույգը հարսանիքից հետո մեկնել է Դիլիջան՝ հանգստի, վարձակալել են սեփական տան առաջին հարկի սենյակը, որտեղ էլ առավոտյան գտել են նրանց մարմինը։

Ընտանիքի բարեկամ տիկին Աիդան պատմում է, որ 3 տարի է՝ առաջին ատյանում գործի քննությունը չի ավարտվում, անընդհատ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով հետաձգվում է․ «Նորապսակների մարմինները գտել էին բաղնիքում՝ մերկ վիճակում, բայց բաղնիքում ջուր չի եղել, մենք գիտենք, որ ջրերը սառած են եղել, ջուր չի եղել։ Մենք էրեխեքից տեղեկություն չունեինք, քանի որ մեզ չէին պատասխանում, դրա համար զանգեցինք տան տիրոջը, որ տեղեկություն ունենայինք, գնացել է դուռը ծեծել է տան տերն ու դրանից հետո դարձել է անհասանելի։ Դրանից հետո մեր զանգին պատասխանել է քննիչը»։

Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի՝ լիարժեք նախաքննություն չի կատարվել, կիսատ-պռատ գործը քննիչն ուղարկել է դատարան․ «Տան տերը մեղքը գցում է ներտնային աշխատակցի, այսինքն՝ գազի սպասարկումն իրականացնող անձի վրա, որ չի բացահայտել թերությունները, ասում են, որ էրեխեքը գազից թունավորվել, խեղդվել են։ Բայց, երբ ջուր չի եղել, իրենք ինչի՞ պիտի բաղնիքում լինեին։ Տանը բնական գազ է եղել, տեղադրված է եղել ինքնաշեն վառարան։ Մենք կասկած ունենք, որ էրեխեքը խեղդվել են անկողնու մեջ, էդպես տեղափոխել են բաղնիք, որ մեղքը գցեն գազի մասնագետի վրա։ Դա դիտավորյալ սպանություն չէ, դժբախտ պատահար է, բայց դա չի եղել բաղնիքի մեջ․․․ Տան տերն այնքան անշորք է, որ ոչ մի ցավակցական բառ չի ասել»։

Վարձակալությամբ սենյակը տված անձը վկայի կարգավիճակ ունի, իսկ աշխատակիցը՝ մեղադրյալի․ «Ազատության մեջ են բոլորը, դատերը շարունակվում են, բայց գիտեք ինչպե՞ս, նիստի օր են նշանակում, Գյումրիից հասնում են Դիլիջան, ու նիստերը չեն կայանում»։
