Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ազատումը ջրեց Հաագայի դատարանի հաղթանակը

«Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը որևէ մեկի պաշտպանության կարիքը չունի, Արցախն ունի Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի նման մարդկանց աջակցության և պաշտպանության կարիքը»։ Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանն է այդ մասին ասել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառման մեջ։

Ըստ Ղուլյանի՝ միշտ էլ կարելի է արդարացնել քայլերը, որոնք շատերի համար այդպես էլ մնում են անհասկանալի,- «ոչ ոք չի վիճարկում Արցախի նախագահի լիազորությունը պետական նախարար նշանակելու, կամ ազատելու մասով, բայց ի պաշտոնե մեկը չկա՞ր հուշեր կողքից, որ կարելի էր մեկ-երկու օր հետաձգել պարտադրված որոշումը՝ ադրբեջանցիներին ու ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարանի որոշումից հետո անհարմար վիճակի մեջ թողնելու համար»,-հարցադրում է անում արցախցի նախկին պաշտոնյան։

Այն, որ ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության դատարանում Հայաստանի գրանցած բավականին լուրջ հաջողությունը կարելի է ասել ջրվում է այս ազատումով, միայն Աշոտ Ղուլյանը չէ, որ արձանագրում է։ Երեկ էլ Հայաստանի նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդան Օսկանյանը հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը չի բանակցում խաղաղության համար, բանակցում է պատերազմում ձեռք բերած իր ավարը օրինականացնելու, ֆորմալիզացնելու և դրան միջազգային ճանաչում տալու համար։ «Մենք պետք է գիտակցենք, որ պատերազմի վախը, որ մեր մեջ սերմանել ենք, դա Ադրբեջանի ձեռքին դարձել է մի այնպիսի զենք, որով մեզ սպառնում են և պարտադրում է իր կամքը, վերջին վկայությունը Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ազատումն է, մենք ջրեցինք այն հաջողությունը, որ վերջին օրերին ունեցանք։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գնալով ենթադրում եմ՝ պայմանն այն էր, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է սահմանը բացի, բայց նույն Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի դուրս մղելու օրը եղավ միջազգային դատարանի որոշումը, որը պարտադրում է Ադրբեջանին բացել Լաչինի միջանցքը։ Հիմա, եթե Լաչինի միջանցքը բացվի, դա դատարանի որոշմամբ բացվե՞ց, թե Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի գնալով»,- նշել է Վարդան Օսկանյանը։

Ըստ էության, թե՛այս հմուտ գործիչների և թե՛ այլ վերլուծաբանների արձանագրումները վկայում են, որ Արցախի գործող իշխանությունները՝ դառնալով Ադրբեջանի և Փաշինյանի խամաճիկները և նրանց կամքով հեռացնելով Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին, իրականում լրջագույն հարված են հասցրել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման գործընթացին և Արցախի բնակիչների կենսական շահերին։ Մնում է միայն, որպեսզի հայ ժողովուրդը Հայստանում և Արցախում հասկանա ճշմարտությունը և փորձի ոտքի կանգնել ՝ հեռացնելով նոր վտանգները, որ իրենց դեմ բերում են ապիկար իշխանությունները։
