ԵՄ-ն նոր էներգետիկ կախվածության շեմին. Չինաստանը շփում է ձեռքերը

Եվրամիությունը պնդում է, թե վերջ է տվել Ռուսաստանից գազային կախվածությանը, իսկ հեռավար ծրագրերում ընդհանրապես կապույտ վառելիքից հրաժարումն է։ Արդեն 7 տարի անց եվրոպական մայրցամաքում էներգիայի հիմնական աղբյուրը դառնալու է արևը, Չինաստանում էլ շփում են ձեռքերը։ Եվրոպայում արևային վահանակներ և մարտկոցների պահանջարկն աճում է, իսկ տեղական արտադրությունն այնտեղ պարզապես գոյություն չունի, ամբողջը ներմուծում են Չինաստանից։

Ձմեռային սեզոնի հաջող ավարտն ու գազապահեստարանների բեռնվածությունը եվրոպական քաղաքական գործիչներին լավատեսության են մղում, թեև Ռուսաստանի հետ էներգետիկ խզումը բավականին թանկ է արժեցել, առնվազն տրիլիոն դոլար լրացուցիչ ծախսեր։ Եվրամիությունում արդեն իսկ ռուսական գազի սպառումը նվազել է մինչև 66 %-ով, իսկ 2027 թվականին ընդհանրապես գազ չեն գնի Ռուսաստանից։

Խաղադրույքը, վերականգնվող էներգիայի՝ առաջին հերթին արևայինի վրա է, իսկ շուկան 80%-ով վերահսկում են չինացիները, որոնք գերակշռում են թե՛ արևային վահանակների և թե՛ բաղադրիչների արտադրության մեջ։ Աշխարհում ոլորտի 10 խոշորագույն ընկերություններից 8-ը, չինական է, ընդ որում տասնյակում 8-րդ տեղը զբաղեցնում է միայն կանադական «Solar»-ը, իսկ 10-րդը՝ ամերիկյան «First Solar» ընկերությունները։

Եվ այժմ էլ Ռուսաստանից քաղաքական կախվածությունից ազատվելով Եվրամիությանը սպառնում է Չինաստանից լիովին կախվածության մեջ գտնվելու հանգամանքը։ Անցած տարի չինական արևային վահանակների արտահանումը Եվրոպա ավելացել է գրեթե 140 %-ով, սարքավորումներն ու բաղադրիչները արժեցել են 20 միլիարդ եվրո, այս տարի վերլուծաբանները կանխատեսում են գրեթե կրկնակի աճ։ Եվրոպական քաղաքական գործիչները այժմ էլ մտածում են ինչպես նվազեցնել կախվածությունը Չինաստանից՝ սեփական արտադրությունը հիմնելով, կամ էլ այլ ասիական փոքր երկրներում ձեռնարկություններ ստեղծելով, որի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի կանխել չինական էքսպանսիան։

Հայաստանում, հիշեցնենք, արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝«Սոլարոնը», մեր ընկերությունը բուռն էներգետիկ կախվածության մեջ է տարբեր երկրներից։ Էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու խնդիր ունի նաև Հայաստանը։
